below average lawn service, with terrible customer service. we had to ask if we wanted simple things done, that i would consider common sense in the lawn service industry. for example, our lawn furniture and my daughter's sandbox were always moved in order to mow, but they would never move it back unless we asked (and that sandbox is heavy!). additionally, this company mowed in the rain - despite the fact that the grass didn't actually get cut. i stopped using this company when they mowed in a rain storm and the owner refused to listen to my concerns. when i called to complain (nicely), the owner was very unreceptive to the feedback and instead lectured me on not being communicative. he refused to remove the charge, although we had been using them for a year without any other complaints or requests for refunds (we also used them to do some mulching around our house, and had talked to the owner about getting trees removed in the winter - so we were a good customer for this company). overall, the low price isn't worth the headache of constantly monitoring the service! i would prefer to pay a bit more to get a job down by professionals.
