I needed a hot water heater installed on a Sunday. McClain Bros was able to help. They arrived shortly after I called. The job was completed quickly and the workmanship was excellent. The price was actually a little less than I expected.

McClain Brothers replaced our old worn-out oil boiler with a cute new suitcase sized, wall-mounted, quiet, high-efficiency gas boiler with continuous domestic hot water (endless showers!) . After a return visit to tweak some settings, Mark & Nick quickly got it working as expected in our 150 year old historical 3-story home. Got our first gas bill during the coldest part of the year and we're saving about $200/month compared to previous years. This should pay for itself in just a few years and add re-sale value to the house which was the main reason to do this upgrade. As a bonus, we love those long showers at a bargain rate.

When I booked appointment I was told the Tech comes with a fully stocked truck of parts & while the Tech tested many parts & called other techs for help, was not sure of issue & thought he new what it was but not positive.Did not have part on truck. I was disappointed he was not able to repair my furnace.
