Get a price before the project is started. What a surprise at what it cost when he finished ???

Came out and gave an estimate . Courteous. Worked with me on installation. Would definitely hire them again.

McClain brothers came ln the first day late, I was expecting them at 10:00am they showed up at 12:15. Thinking they were going to do the job the same day. Not good. I got an estimate on what it would cost and an appointment the following Monday. They emailed me about my appointment but got no call, no show. Again not good. I called them and had to reschedule again two more days out for Wednesday. I was scheduled for 8:00 am and knocked $50.00 off for inconveniencing me but they were still late. He showed up around 1pm.

I had no hot water at 7:30 am and a new water heater before 3 in the afternoon. They were as responsive and professional as any company I have ever hired.

Very nice and polite. Cleaned up afterwards and also explained what they were doing throughout the process. I AM A NEW HOMEOWNER (4/2018) so needless to day I'm still trying to build my bank account back up lol. Pricing was reasonable.

They came out exactly when they said they would, called before to let me know they were on the way. Worked quickly and showed me what they did cleaned up when they were done.

Fixed main sewer line in my house. Gave me a fair estimate on Monday, got permit from the township on Tuesday, started and completed the work on Wednesday. I am very happy with the quality of work.

They are quick to send someone out to fix my plumbing problem. They keep me informed with their scheduling and good follow up. I believe they also integrated with HomeAdvisor on the scheduling within the systems to make things even easier. Price is a little higher than similar services from others. For what I can get them to come out quickly, I think that's ok.

I was contacted by this company after I requested a plumber to clear my kitchen drain through Home Advisor. They came out in about 2 hours and I had called at 4:30pm on a Friday. Excellent response time, courteous. Got the job done.

Price was steep for the work required, but since this was an old house, stuff needed to be added which ultimately added to the cost. He was exceedingly professional and cleaned up after the work was done. Arrived 3 hours earlier than expected, another plus. Highly recommended!

I made the appointment for the next day they never showed up or called I called them. they came the next day it was a simple toilet valve installation. It still is running water. He says I need a new toilet, but the one I have is just a few years old. I truly was not satisfied with the service.

Arrived a little later then expected. everything else went very well.

Called another company at 8:40am on a Friday. Called again at 10:20am asking for an ETA. Was told they'd call back once they heard from person out in the field. By 12:30pm, I started searching for another company, stumbled upon HomeAdvisor.com and that lead me to McClain Bros. Angel was at our condo within the hour, fixed my clog and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend this company. BTW, not sure why, but decided the right thing to do was to call the other company to inform them not to bother sending anyone because I had found a responsive company....all I got was their answering machine.

The plumber who came out was very personable and answered any questions we had. The job was done quickly and correctly. The price was very reasonable. We were very happy with this company.
