I gave the Landscaper drawings and specific plans for the job. Landscaper was unprofessional and his team was not detailed oriented. He substituted plants without authorization and also didn't plant where specific to the drawings. When I brought up my issues with them language (English) seem to become a barrier to understanding and he then became non-responsive. I was surprised to get such poor quality considering the cost of the project was high for the amount of time his crew expended on the job.
