If I could find other work for this man I would. He was polite, helpful and did a great job. His price was more than fair. He cleaned up everything (gutters can be a mess, ours were) and was prompt and punctual! I recommend him whole heartedly and will use him again.

I felt he was very prompt, very mannerly and very professional. He handled things well. It was a good experience.

Excellent job. Neighbor says ''your house looks like new''! The initial phone call, contact and visit for an estimate all happened on the same day. Estimate was given within 3 days and price broken down by item. Work was scheduled within a week of my accepting the estimate. Joe and his partner came on time and did all the work the same day. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the phases of the work to be done and the equipment needed. I would highly recommend him to others and use him again.

Quickly returned call and came out and gave an estimate. Completed the work efficiently. Everything looked great, very pleasant.

Joe was completely professional and a clear communicator. He followed through on all plans. The work was performed in a timely manner and with a high degree of quality. The fellow who did the actual job (sorry, name escapes me) even offered to clean out the gutters while he was up on the roof. I'm very satisfied with the whole transaction and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He did a magnificent job. I think he might have included a surcharge for the travel time. I was looking at my garage the other day, and I looked at my neighbor's garage next door (who had just got it painted), and mine looked a lot better! Haha.

Joe Parker was on time, personable, very thorough in his assessment and made sure that he and I agreed on what parts of the roof were not to be done. He explained about mold spores that are sticky and will not come off with power washing. I wish we had been told that chemical power washing leaves a residue on windows. I wish we had understood that when you shoot high-pressured water up at siding it may go in under the eaves and wet things in the attic. Overall, the crew came on time, worked hard and did a thorough job for what we thought was a reasonable price. Joe would do well to add a follow-up phone call to his routine practice so he can learn about the little things that he could add to his pre-work explanation.

POWER WASHERS CAME OUT AND PERFORMED AN EFFICIENT, THOROUGH JOB OF PRESSURE WASHING THE HOUSE AND EVEN WASHED THE DECK FOR FREE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EVEN RECOMMENDS PEOPLE FOR OTHER JOBS AROUND THE HOUSE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE LONG WAIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF PEOPLE GETTING THEIR HOUSES WASHED.

OUR BEIGE VINYL SIDING WAS 18 YEARS OLD AND HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED. POWER WASHERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE ABLE TO REMOVE MOST OF THE MILDEW THAT HAD GROWN ON THE SIDING.

JOE "POWER WASHER" PARKER IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. HE FINISHED THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN EXPECTED AND IT TURNED OUT MUCH BETTER THAN I EVER THOUGHT IT COULD!
