It's been several years now since I've purchased and had the flooring installed, and it has suffered minor dents from objects accidentally coming into contact with the floor as well as permanent damage from pet urine, which defeated the purpose of me switching from carpet to laminate flooring in order to prevent this. Had I known upfront that the flooring would not withstand common wear and tear as well as animal bodily functions, I would have avoid purchasing it entirely. After several attempts at reaching out to the Armstrong for assistance, they continue to throw their warranty in my face; claiming that they cannot cover the damages caused. Also, they changed how the boards are design, making repair impossible without replacing the entire floor. I strongly recommend that others take their business elsewhere, given the lack of clarification up front with their warranty service; and the fragility of the product as a whole.
Description of Work: I purchased around 1,100 square feet of laminate flooring from Armstrong Flooring.
