I knew from day 1 that I wanted to go with Joe and his company. Right from the get go he was professional and amicable. Him and his team did a great job and helped give various advice to make our remodel finally come to life. I had our garage that was mostly storage space turned into a closet /laundry room and dry walled the garage and gives so much more function and appeal to our house. I worked mostly with Tristan (electrician/contractor) throughout it and his communication was spot on I got daily updates and always making sure it was what I had envisioned. These guys were great to work with and top pros for sure. Definitely looking forward to working with them again.

Joe and his team were awesome to work with. His crew came in, worked around my schedule, and CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I would definitely use them and plan to use them again. We had our Kitchen redone along with the hardwood floors. They re-mastered everything to fit/utilize the space and got us the additional counter and cabinet space.

We just got our basement done and I must say we are simply loving it. All Phase Construction has an amazing crew of individuals working for them. Josh and his entire team have great work ethic...very professional and are a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely consider them for any of our future remodeling projects. Thanks again.

We did basement remodel (unfinished prior to with no plumbing) with All-Phase/Joe Stillman. Remodel included a full bathroom (extensive plumbing/concrete work), a large kitchen style wet bar with sink/cabinets/granite countertop/glass doors/mirror, a custom home theater and a large open playroom. Theater included a LOT of custom wiring and installation for multiple components including custom LED accent lights, 9 speakers, various TV/video/stereo components, and large projector, etc. The bar had custom lighting and custom granite countertops. Large full bath installed with closets, shower, vanity, toilet. Used a mixture of LVT and carpet. Also enlarged/opened up the stairway. The entire basement had to be wired as well for lights/outlets/etc. I think we have the most organized and well-labeled electric panel I have ever seen. We had all the interior walls built and drywalled as well as drywalling the ceilings. We installed additional venting to the HVAC system and added a stairway closet. The All Phase crew was fantastic. Those gentlemen were always on time, never late, showed up when they said they would. They were very courteous, considerate, tidy, clean, diligent, competent and conscientious. If there was ever a change to their schedule they always called and let me know. I was very comfortable with them in the house on a daily basis for several weeks. They took extra precautions to try and alleviate the construction dust and protect our existing flooring in our home. Great with my kids and dog. Good guys, every one of them. We are very pleased with the quality and scale of work done. Joe is a straight forward, honest, ethical business owner and I would absolutely recommend him and All Phase. We will be hiring All Phase for our next project in the upcoming year or two!!!

Joe and his team were great to work with. From day 1, they were engaged and aligned with us on our hopes for the basement remodel. We had a very tight timeline and Joe and the All-Phase team were able to complete the project on time and on budget. They were great at providing recommendations and feedback on our plan and it proved to be invaluable. We plan on using All-Phase again for our next project.

Robert and his team were amazing. Very professional and meticulous. They definitely take pride of their work . They listened and wanted to please us with any request we made even after the project had started. We made some changes and added more to the initial project as time went on, but as Robert put it " I'll do anything you want" and he did!!! Joe responded within minutes of my first call. He was here the very next day. He is very knowledgeable and from day one, he made us feel very comfortable. My husband asked him lots of questions, and all of Joe's answers were exactly what we wanted to hear to make us comfortable with the decision to go on with our big project with All Phase. Our first floor looks like a new home. Everyone who comes after the project was finished, admires every detail and love the change in our kitchen, foyer and powder room. We had a great experience with All Phase. After spending weeks trying to get other contractors to call us back about our full kitchen reno, Joe called less than an hour after I sent him an email telling him what we were looking to do, and he already had ideas and was ready to talk about them. This communication continued as Joe *always* called back when he said, something that is REALLY difficult for most contractors to do but is so valuable for a large project with so many moving parts. Designer Kris worked with us to re-design the kitchen in our new house from floor to ceiling, adding a ton of functionality where it was lacking before as well as an aesthetic that surpassed our expectations. Robert and team did a fantastic job on executing that design, keeping our house clean (they even switched out the air filter regularly throughout the project as it was working overtime with construction dust) and always letting us know how things were going. They allowed for small changes as we saw things in person, and we appreciated their flexibility. Everyone involved in the project did a great job. As the owner, we felt Joe really stood behind their work and compared to other companies we spoke to where their subcontractors were less ingrained in the process, Joe made it clear that he was the point of contact and would not ever pass the buck on something regardless of who among the team was in charge of it. That was really encouraging for us, after having poor experiences in the past with contractors who did not have that attitude. We will be having All Phase back to screen in our patio, add a new extended outdoor space, and anything else we can come up with between now and then. Stop reading reviews and go talk to Joe; you will not regret it!

This was a great experience. All Phase has wonderful caring staff who do excellent work. I would definitely use them again. We had all first floor flooring replaced with hardwood, had laundry room and kitchen remodeled with new cabinets, etc. We had our stairs and railing replaced and they installed a roof over our deck.

My husband and I are still in awe of our new kitchen. The final project has exceeded our expectations. Kris and Joe had great ideas for our kitchen and it was fun creating it from the ground up. We also had a new floor installed in our family room which looks fabulous! Josh and Tristan did a great job and were consistently professional. I highly recommend All Phase Construction.

We had a great experience with Joe and Rebecca on our Kitchen remodel. Kris helped us thru the design and selecting our finishes, and we could not be happier with the final product. Josh was always available daily with updates and any questions that we had and if an issue came up (which was rare) they addressed it immediately. We had discussed a kitchen remodel with other contractors but never felt as we did when we sat down with Joe and Rebecca. I would definitely use All Phase again for any future remodel work and would recommend to anyone thinking about it to give them a call as well.

They were awesome. They did everything needed to ensure the job was done correctly and on schedule. They listened to any concerns we had, and came back to fix some floor boards that had floated a little (nothing was actually wrong with them, and after they were there we learned we could have just nudged them ourselves to put the seams closer). We will definitely be using them when we fully upgrade our kitchen cabinets and counters.

We suspected a water related issue; Joe visited our home and knew immediate what the problem was; Josh and Trent showed up on time and immediately got to work and when finished, the area was cleaned up. We will surely call on them again for future projects.

The team at All Phase, led by Joe and his wife Rebecca, and our designer, Kris w/ Custom Kitchen & Design were absolutely wonderful to work with. We collaborated with them to re-design the first floor of our house that included moving the kitchen from the backside to front side, opening a structural wall between our living room and dining room and expanding our deck. Working with Kris during the design process and seeing his detailed renderings really helped us to visualize our new kitchen and get the details right. He listened to what we wanted and gave valuable feedback and was happy to tweak the design until we were completely satisfied. The team provided a very detailed sign off document that captured all of our kitchen features and ensured there were no questions left un-answered. Once construction started, we were very happy with the team's punctuality every day, the attention to keeping the house as clean as possible while they worked and the communication from the crew that kept us informed each step of the way. They held to their (agressive) schedule and got the entire project completed in 8wks. The project didn't 'just get done', it got done beautifully, with very high quality custom cabinetry, very accurate millwork and floor work (including inlaying hardwood with tile) and incredible attention to detail. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed without arguement. An example of an issue that came up was the appliance installers scratched one of our custom cabinets pretty badly when they were putting the hood in. Joe had the cabinet maker come to the house, remove and refurb the cabinet at the shop and replace it as good as new wihtin 4 days. Pricing for the project was very fair (we felt we got good value and quality for our money), and Joe stood by his quote when minor unforseen cost adders came up. Overall, we are very pleased with all facets of the job and would highly recommend All Phase for any project large or small. I expect we will use them again in the near future.

The workers were very particular about the details of the finished product. They were efficient and made sure to leave the work area vacuumed up and ready for the next day. They knew how long everything would take and dealt with two hurdles very easily. Their experience showed in everything they did and the project ended on the day they said it would end.

A neighbor used All-Phase Construction do redo his kitchen. I was impressed with the work that was done, and my neighbor was happy with the management of the project. Based on this I reached out to Joe from All-Phase about constructing a new composite deck. Joe came to our home, listened to our ideas, and quickly provided an estimate for a 15x30 composite deck with an adjacent 15x15 stamped concrete patio. Joe made many design suggestions that we happily incorporated into our plan. Our on-site project manager Robert kept us informed about the work, the schedule, and any issues that arose. Joe and Robert went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their progress and patiently answered our questions. On the few occasions that I had a concern, by the next time I saw Robert he mentioned it before I could, and had a plan for taking care of it. That speaks to the quality All-Phase puts into their work. Based on their experience, price, quality, etc., I would gladly use them again on future projects.

Our experience with Joe and his team from All Phase Construction was excellent. All Phase added new handicap accessible bathrooms and a brand new kitchen in our 100 year old church hall. We are beyond pleased with the completed project! The team was conscientious and very communicative - keeping us informed every step of the way. They met their deadline for completion and stayed within budget. We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to work with Joe, Robert and the All Phase crew in the future.

We did quite a large project with our kitchen, master bathroom and guest bath that was completed exactly within the 6-7 weeks we projected up front (I’ve heard horror stories of renovations that extend weeks or months past the estimate). The entire process end to end was great. All Phase does a great job with communication and transparency, Joe operates with integrity and a genuine care for me and my home. What really stood out though was our main point of contact on site, Russ. Not only is he a master at his craft and does amazing work but he was he glue of the project in coordinating painters, plumbers, cabinet installers, electricians, etc. but his communication and project manager skills were amazing. I really believe the project wouldn’t have been as successful and smooth without him. I definitely plan on using All Phase again for future projects. Thank you and we love our home!

My wife and I could not be happier with our remodeled kitchen. We completely gutted three rooms and turned the area into a large kitchen with a great room. Therefore, finding the right company was critical. From the day we met Joe and Rebecca we knew we were in good hands. They brought our vision to life. Throughout the entire project, Joe kept us up to date on the project timeline and what to expect. The best part of working with All Phase Construction are the people Joe employees. It started with the kitchen designer Kris at Custom Kitchens, and continued with the different specialist who worked on our job. However, the one person on Joe's team who really stood out the most was Joe's contractor, Russ. He was the best. He paid attention to every detail and was responsive to our questions/requests. When we first met Russ he told us that he treats every job as if he is working on his home. And he did, all the way up until the end. Joe and his team did a fantastic job updating my 1970's bi-level into something I do not mind calling my home now! Robert's attention to detail on the deck and perfectionist attitude was also very impressive! His siding crew had great attitudes and were a joy to work with as well! No phone call or text ever went unanswered and All-Phase Construction went over and beyond all of my expectation's! Our project isn't even completed and I am so pleased with the whole experience that I couldn't wait to write our review. Joe and Kris have wonderful communication and are perfectionist. They have gone above and beyond all of our expectations. Russ- our project manager and Chad- his assistant are talented professionals and have been wonderful to work with. I have no question in my mind that all of our future remolding business will go to Joe and his amazing team.

Joe Stillman and All-Phase construction were the answer to our prayers. We had just moved to the area and knew no one. Our realtor recommended him for the many jobs we required in our new home. They designed and created a beautiful craft room in our basement from scratch (thank you to Kris for a fantastic design), painted the entire interior of our house, refinished our floors, grouted our bathrooms and kitchen, did electrical work, plumbing, added doors, and multiple other jobs. All my phone calls were returned and responded to immediately. Each person hired by Joe was polite, thoughtful, and extremely professional. They removed shoes and cleaned up every single day. I HIGHLY recommend Joe Stillman and All -Phase construction. I told him last week that they are our go to professionals for everything from now on. Their work is magnificent!
