There was no problems with the work he did. Under the quote for cleaning gutters he did some minor repairs. we would use this firm again.

Mike DeHart came out to look over my gutters and give me a quote to repair them. I had water dripping down behind the back of my gutters when it rained. I also had gutters guards that needed to be re-installed. Mike arrived on time, checked out my gutters and told me that my roof shingles did not hang far enough over the edge of the roof to have water fall into the gutters. His suggestion to fix the water behind the gutters (until it is time to replace my roof) was to put a line of sealant on the back of the gutter & onto the fascia board so water could not run behind the gutter. He actually told me I could do this work myself if I was comfortable on ladders, but I did not have ladders long enough to reach all the the gutter system. (I also didn't want to mess with the sealant, I'd rather leave it to the pros.) I appreciated his honesty in this, since many service providers are just looking to sell you as much as possible. Mike gave me a reasonable price to do the work, and we agreed on a date and time for him to do the work. Mike arrived on the appointed date / time and got right to work, he did all the sealing and re-attaching the gutter guards, it took about 2 1/2 hours. When he finished, he invited me to go up on a ladder to check out the work he had done, and used the garden hose to spray water on the roof to show me how the water did not drip behind the gutters any more. Mike gave me suggestions on what he though I should have done in the future when I have my roof re-shingled to prevent this from happening again. A week later there was a full day of rain, and I did not have any water leaking behind the gutters like it did before Mike did his work.

When Mike was finished power washing our siding, he was concerned about our wood deck and patio because over time, the mildew had been also building up on the deck and patio stones. When he found out I am a veteran, he power washed our deck and patio stones at no extra charge. He did a fantastic job. Our siding, deck and patio look new! Mike was great to work with. He is very personable, professional, and caring. Both times he arrived on time and finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We will definitely use his services again. Thank you, Mike!

It was easy to call and schedule for an estimate. The owner came out on a Saturday and took his time to go over what I wanted thoroughly. He was honest about what needed replacement and what only needed some repair. He was straight forward about what kind of work he could do and provided a written quote/estimate on the spot. When I called two weeks later to set up the appointment, I made a change in gutter color and that was accommodated with no issue. They are a family business, so you are talking to the people directly who will be doing the work. The owner does the work himself, and takes the time to do the job right. The gutters matched the garage trim perfectly, and the gutters and downspouts were installed very neatly. The downspouts were routed in a way that made the house look better than ever. The owner even left some extra downspout material and spray paint in the custom color (green) in case future repairs or retouching is needed. Overall, this was a good experience and I would go to them again if I needed gutter work done.

This is the second job Mike did for our home and we were pleased with the quality of workmanship on both gutter installation and replacement projects. He is very skillful, takes his time, and pays attention to the details that results in a job professionally completed. Mike is very reliable, conscientious, and friendly and will work with the homeowner during the project to make certain the customer is satisfied. He also prides himself in using high quality materials and offers competitive but reasonable prices.
