Precision Painting Plus of Philadelphia

Told me they will have a project manager on site, was never there, the work was not done properly and they took other jobs, disappear for 6 weeks and would not disclose the owners name.

They did an amazing job. We’re extremely professional. Finished the job when I needed it. Worked with me through the entire process. I would definitely use them again for other projects.

Everything went very smoothly with the entire process, from scheduling to communications. Justin and the painter started on time and he explained everything that would be done. They did a beautiful job priming and painting the ceilings in all three bathrooms as well as painting and touching up the walls in one of them. They finished on time and left no mess. I am thrilled every time I look at the work that they did.

While scheduling went quickly once documentation was in place (I live in a co-op and need to meet certain requirements), I was disappointed with the paint job in master bedroom after all the excellent reviews I had read. It seems that another coat should have been applied along the edge where ceiling and wall meet. The lead painter elected to add another coat of paint to the walls rather than coming back another time for touch-ups, even though I told him I thought the walls were OK. I guess I'll live with the unevenness, which is a little easier to do when the ceiling is almost 9' high. I later noticed that another coat of paint should have been added along one edge of the closet frame. Baseboards were not covered which resulted in some paint drips, which I'm trying to clean. Marble windowsills in bathroom and kitchen were not covered, resulting in paint speckles on both sills. They did not remove outlet covers, as they were supposed to as outlined in the prep checklist I was provided with, one of which got smeared with paint, but they cleaned it after I pointed it out, but I know that when the other covers may need to be removed there will be a ridge of paint left around the edges. I also found a corner between in an angle between the baseboard and the frame of closet that I'll need to touch up.

FACT: The gentlemen that came to paint my garage were wonderful. There's additional fees (Paint samples) and a long wait. (Until the weather breaks.) Expensive.

They did a good job, but they were expensive.

Did a great job painting two rooms and touching up several spots throughout our house. They also did a great job staining and polishing the hardwood floors in two rooms. Very professional work. Cleaned up after their work everyday. We were in a rush and they delivered on time as promised.

I hired precision painting plus to paint 1 room and an outside door. They did a good job and if I had an issue they would comeback to rectify the issue. Overall great job.
