Horrible customer service!!! Took them weeks and weeks to get in touch with someone after I mailed my deposit. After they arrived they left and said they didn t want to do the job And after their bosses convinced them to come back they unhappily did leaving an hour earlier and not finishing the job. I was told they would come back and finish the following weeks but after weeks of waiting we had to finish on our own!!! I would never recommend them!!! And pay them to do any job ever!!!

This was the most insane experience I have ever had with a subcontractor. I am in construction and work for one of the largest drywall subs in NYC- I have never seen work like this in my 15 years in the industry. First of all to start- this was a rush job. I brought that up to the PM when I got a call that they were almost finished (they had not even started the trim in my 850 sf apartment) and I asked how three coats on all the walls and 2 coats on the ceilings could be finished in 10 hours. I was quoted 3-4 days of work by not only them, but everyone else I got estimates from. When I got there they had not even started the trim so I was there to inspect their work without an actual opportunity to see what it was going to look like finished. Upon my inspection I saw the paper protection my newly finished hardwood floors ripped in several spots- and paint splatter where the paper was missing. I pointed this out to the PM and he had the workers begin to fix the paper in several areas throughout my apartment- something they needed to be told to do??? None of the floors in my closets had protection and there was paint splatter on their floors- again told the PM. Now I am getting nervous as this company is not cheap and claim to run some first class operation with PMs and foreman etc. but I assure you it is a show. The PMs seem competent and know how to talk professionally but the workers themselves I promise you are no better than a random person from craigslist. They got semi-gloss paint around the window casings on my adjacent matte walls. There were drips of paint in everywhere on my walls that I had to point out to the PM. I kept thinking why am I doing this work for them? Cannot they go around and see these issues without me having to show them to them? THE BEST PART IS THEY PAINTED OVER MY DOOR HARDWARE, MY OUTLETS AND BECAUSE THEY WERE RUSHING AND DID NOT TAKE TIME BETWEEN COATS TO LET SURFACES DRY THEY PAINTED MY FRONT DOOR CLOSED. You can imagine my surprise when I went to look at the finished product later the day they finished (magically on the 2nd day) and could not get into my apartment. I am not making this up- I really really wish I was. At first I thought there was a problem with my front door lock so I called a locksmith who told me the door was stuck and it had nothing to do with the lock. He used a pry bar to pop the door open. Honestly I could go on and one. I was genuinely looking forward to writing this review in hopes to steer ANYONE away from using this company. It was one headache after another. After they came back to sand my front door and paint it properly so it would not dry to itself they addressed the punchlist I created for them- of about 30 careless and sloppy areas to touch up- things like paint on my new fixtures, paint on my light switches, 2nd coats of paint visibly missing from areas on the walls- I could go on forever but it still upsets me to even think about it. I even still see things they missed now like how they did not paint one side of my door casing???? They also got paint on my kitchen cabinets. Please steer CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I can assure you- you and anyone you know would do as good of a job as they did. That is all I kept thinking while they were working- why am I paying for this quality of work. Worst experience of my home renovation journey so far. For context I have only written 2 Yelp reviews in my life prior to this one and they were to praise the work of standout contractors. This was a standout horrible company. Please beware.

At a first glance this company seems extremely professional. We paid them top dollar to paint our deck and stain our railings at $5,000. We agreed to this price because they offered a one year guarantee on their work. Fast forward to just 5 months later most of the paint was peeling off of our deck. We called them to fix the problem. They showed up and confirmed that the painters forgot to put down the primer. They claimed they needed to bring a manager over. Upon inspection he said they would touch it up and not actually fix the problem that they caused by not priming the paint. They have been extremely rude and we are left with a mess and no one to fix it.

Precision Painting Plus was recommended by Home Advisor. Worked with Justin who was the project manager and he was easy to work with a schedule a time to get the work done. Roberto was the gentleman who performed the work. We needed our ceiling plaster as well as have the same ceiling and hallway painted. It took 2 days but only to allow the plaster to dry and cure properly. Work was done and the hallway looks great. Cost of the project was very reasonable compared to other quotes that we received from others. Happy to work with them again if and when needed.

Wish we found them earlier! They are very detailed! Very professional from the office to the painting professional. Their work is amazing! Will use them in the future!!! Highly recommend based on their quality of work and professionalism.

This company is efficient and does amazing work! I was extremely impressed with how fast they completed my whole house painting job. 4 painters repaired sheetrock, spackled, and painted my 2500+ sq ft house in 5 days as promised. They were also very neat and clean and were a pleasure to deal with! Scott, the project manager is very professional and accommodating. I will be using them for future paint jobs.

I love the job I had done. It looks amazing and Daniel, the painter, was wonderful, detailed, friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend him.

She was very happy with the work as well as the workers who she described as very nice and helpful . They came when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner . She liked them so much that she has another project for them .The office staff was also a pleasure to deal with as well as the project manager . I highly recommend Precision Painting Plus

Sales rep very knowledgeable and explained the full process of our porch and eaves project. NO SUB CONTRACTORS, a definite plus. Workers took pride in their job, professional, very neat and cleaned up daily, yeah! The job was done in a timely manner once the weather was conducive to proceed. They cost a little more than other companies that quoted on our project, but peace of mind that all will be done the first time, and correctly, is worth it. They had to do some wood work repair on the porch that was not in the original quote, but did not skip a beat in getting the job done. Kudos to the team, Evan, George, Andres, Luis, Miguel, Moses!!!!

Cashed my check on June 21 Taylor called me on June 29th missed call called back 10 min later got machine left message took a week and a half to get a hold of someone finally got Taylor said she call me the next day after she talked to her schedule guy never called back I finally called again and again they ended up doing job on July 17th it came out okay not good only let them do it because they had my deposit
