Description of Work: They were prompt courteous and what needed to be done was an easy fix that required no time at all. They didn't even charge me for the visit because they were there so little time. I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Cold water shut off valve was leaking. Representative from company called and we discussed my problem. He indicated he was close to me and asked if it would be ok if he stopped by early the next day to evaluate the situation. He arrived promptly, discovered the problem was just a loose part, tightened it and was on his way in less than 10 minutes.

Description of Work: We moved into a newer home. We needed a CatGenie installed by a plumber, as the laundry drain line was fed to a large basin, and a splitter needed to be installed above the vapor trap, which needed to be moved down to do this (yay moves!). Chris came out, made short work of the assignment, making certain everything worked properly. A week later, the kitchen sink stopped up. Alex came out. Initially, I thought the plug was my fault for using potato peels in the garbage disposal. After repeated plugs in the line, he went from the 20' line to the 35' line. It pushed through just short of full extension. He cleaned up and left after checking that it flowed. Later, we found that the downstairs powder room was apparently linked to the kitchen drain. There was a blow out of greasy muck via the sink. It was nasty beyond words. I called Weidemann. Alex & Chris came back. It turns the kitchen drain was split twice, which was not trackable beneath the floor, and, what could be seen, did not suggest a double split. Alex explained this not as an excuse, but to describe and verify what we experience. He and Chris stayed to make certain there were not drainage issues remaining, nor any missed/caused leaks. I've had Alex out before, and he works to get the job done. In the past, he offered advice that supported home owner sensible maintenance, rather than suggesting we sign up for expensive "maintenance" plans. In short, the folks who have come out at various times emphasize a level of competent professionalism I wish was more common. Our last house, we found, was wired and plumbed by a blind monkey, when we renovated. Unexpected turns happen. HOW each is responded to is of particular importance. Weidemann is our go-to outfit for plumbing (not needing AC, yet).

Description of Work: I never received a return call. I left two messages for him but did not get the courtesy of a return call.

Description of Work: Most recently, I called him to install a pump to get the water to the other side of the house more quickly. He was honest enough to tell me that the pump he had would not work, and didn't charge me for the service call.
