NORM THE PAINTER

We talked to Norman on a Friday, and he came out to give us an estimate on Monday. He explained all work clearly, made recommendations about paint finishes, and asked questions to make sure he understood what we wanted. We had his proposal within a couple days, and he was able to start the job within a week of receiving our deposit. Norman tarped everything thoroughly and sealed off entrances to the family room with plastic to contain the dust from all the sanding. He was always friendly and polite, he arrived right on time every morning, and he worked quickly, finishing the job in about 3 1/2 days. It was very overcast the day he finished, and he asked if he could come back in a couple days to view the paint in better light (and once it was dry) to make sure everything was to his liking. The paint job looks impeccable, he cleaned up after himself, and we are more than happy with the results.
