Master Cuts Lawn Care

Description of Work: I had my lawn aerated and re-seeded along with having parts of my lawn repaired such as tilling and re-seeding. The price was great, but I would have liked a little better quality on some of the re-seeded and tilled areas. I am left with one medium sized bare patch and one small patch after the service. They did come back to look over the issues, but didn't actually fix the bare areas. I put seed and dirt in those areas myself and hopefully that will take care of it.

Description of Work: Very prompt in getting back to me. Did not use because a neighbor offered to cut and trim the property.

Description of Work: I contracted with MasterCuts for snow removal at my residence, but I also needed them to prune trees in my front yard. | |I am very happy with their service. They were very professional, and always took any special instructions into account. I am looking forward to using them again for snow removal this coming winter, and I may even be able to contract some landscaping needs. |

Description of Work: I called numerous times and did not hear back. Finally got through to someone and he said he would come by later that afternoon to take a look at our yard, and he never came and never called. I was disappointed as he had done our neighbor's yard and we are local, but we went with another company that responded promptly. I guess they didn't need our business.

Description of Work: On behalf of my father, who does not have a computer, I am passing along his comments about Master Cuts Lawn Care. He is extremely happy with their quality of work and their timely scheduling of lawn service. He particularly loves the attention to detail, such as cutting or pulling weeds from the roots from the curb and behind border fences.

Description of Work: Small yard being cut but it is done on a schedule as everyone else's would be and not forgotten about. Uses electronic payment system and is responsive to emails and phone calls.

Description of Work: Master cuts did an excellent job of cleaning leaves from my yard.
