I had to pay $1,000 deductible and the insurance paid the rest. They were good. The contractor that did the drywall replacement did a good job. It probably took twice as long as it should have because he was by himself. I would use them again but I wouldn't agree to have a single guy come out. I didn't shop around for price because I knew I had to pay $1,000. They were great and fast getting here to get everything dried out but the guys that did the repairs took 5 days. The work was great and everything got done but we had to live with a contractor blocking off half our house.

They are a big company.  We had a flood here, the insurance company said we needed someone to come out and dry out the floors. They were here for 2 weeks.  They are huge in the country,  I would recommend them to others.  Huge industrial humidifiers were running 24 hours a day for 2 weeks to dry out everything.  Somehow that sucks the water out from under your ceramic tiles.  They have a hand held machine to tell how much moisture is under the tiles.  They keep the machines running until all that moisture is gone.  They tore up a bathroom floor for me, the tiles had to be removed.  It was a huge job.  I just paid my deductible. That's their claim to fame, they are johnny on the spot when something happens.  They came out several times a day to measure how much moisture was under the tiles.  They took up the original tile floor.

SERVPRO WAS SENT TO OUR HOME BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY WHEN OUR BASEMENT FLOODED. SERVPRO WAS EXTREMELY FAST IN RESPONDING TO OUR CALL. STEVEN WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE EFFICIENT IN REMOVING DAMAGED CARPET AND BELONGINGS.
