John had called me immediately after I submitted my request and was able to come out promptly to look at the issue. He went out of his way to get the job done quickly including coming out early before another job and then on Sunday when we ran into a problem with my existing fan components. He didn't even charge me for coming on Saturday ( when he ran into the problem and wasn't able to install the new motor on the old attic fan).

He also provided advice on other things at no additional charge.
