They were very dependable and honest. The quality of work was great. I would recommend this company too my family and friends.

I have never met a more dishonest contractor. He gave me a list of things that needed repaired, and gave me an estimate saying it could be higher. He then told me it could cost more once he started digging into the job. He asked for half the amount down for a deposit. I initially asked if I could pay by credit card, he said no problem. I then get an email from him saying that he would have to charge an additional 4% on top of the amount he was charging me to use a credit card. I questioned this, and he did not charge the additional 4%. I then had an insurance adjuster come out and look at what Dirk called an invoice, and told me that out of all the work stated which was: fix replace rotted sub floor in bathroom, sister Joists as needed, and replace Insulation and plastic under bathroom, only the replacing of insulation, and sealing it with plastic was needed. His estimate was $3600, and he required me to put $1800 down. I was told the job would take 2 to 3 days, and it only took 3 hours, including his trip to the hardware store to pick up the insulation and plastic. He told me that my deposit covered the cost. So, he charged me $300 for insulation, plastic, and staples, and $1500 for 3 hours of work. My advice would be to find an actual honest, fair priced handyman.

The contractor was timely and met my needs. Very professional and price was competitive.

I have been trying to get my floor under the furnace and a leak around the furnace pipe on the roof fixed for two years. I called InsideOut Improvements, Dirk came out the same day and gave me an estimate, and came out the day after and completed the Job. Dirk and his helper were very professional and friendly. Arrived when they said, did the work quickly, cleaned up when done. Overall positive experience.

Did a great job. He came over the same day I called him. arrived at 730pm, was done by 8pm. explained what he was doing. Spoke about him doing some other jobs while he was there.

Dirk Bievienour was amazingly patient with us and I felt like he was family. Top notch guy!!! After only a minute or two on the phone I knew he could handle the job. Great sense of humor too.
