SERVPRO of Central Delaware County

I had servpro removed the damaged material and reconstruct the bathroom. I was very pleased with the work and the responsiveness of Servpro of Central Delaware County.

Servpro worked with my insurance company, even met with the representative to view the damage. They sent comprehensive estimates to my insurance company to assure that I received appropriate reimbursement. Once approved by the insurance company and me, they gutted the bathroom and removed the debris. I asked them to estimate the remodeling of the bathroom and found it to be very reasonable. The staff were professional, friendly and prompt. My bathroom is beautiful! I would definitely hire them again for property damage or remodeling needs.

On 7/16/2013 the hot water heater in our finished basement burst submerging everything on the floor in about 2 inches of water. While the plumber was fixing the hot water heater, Mike from ServPro showed up (courtesy of our insurance company) and walked us through what was going to happen over the next couple of days. As the plumber was finishing up, Mike's team showed up and got to work. They vacuumed up all the free standing water, moved everything in the basement into the center of the room and started the drying process. 8 blowers and an industrial strength dehumidifier were set up and turned on.
On the 17th, the ServPro team showed up and pulled the carpet, pad, and removed all damaged drywall and baseboards. Anything that was left, was put up on little blocks to aid in the drying process.
The 18th was a quick visit. The ServPro team checked the dryness of various walls and objects in the basement. The also rearranged the blowers to change up the air flow.
Today the ServPro team confirmed the basement and all remaining contents were dry. The packed up their gear, we shook hands and off they went.
Overall I'm very pleased with my ServPro experience. Everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and answered any questions we had.

Servpro was really great.They're very, very good. They were wonderful. They really work with the homeowner. Their responsiveness was very good. I just had a 1:00 appointment and he was exactly here at 1:00 and he came right away, I called him last week.

You would have never known that we had a flood. They have awfully nice people. They are respectful, pleasant, and willing. It was a very good experience. They were on time. They are really nice people. I would recommend them and will to friends.

I was going to have them re-insulate. But they did such a bad job I don't want to have them back.
