Ross, and Sean did work for me in 2011, and I was very pleased with their work and pricing was reasonable. They arrived on the date promised. I live in an old 160+ year old church so the gutter work required special attention due to the large overhanging soffits. They pointed out ways to reduce the possibility of ice and water damage to the gutters. I was so pleased with their work, that now eleven years later, I hired them again to do more gutter work on new areas of the house. Again, I am very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

The company is run by two brothers, Ross and Sean, who were always friendly and professional. We had several estimates but chose them because they offered a fair price and one of the owners is always on site during the entire job. When they had not quite finnished the roofing job on Friday they paid their workers overtime to come out and finish the job on Saturday morning, so we would not be left with an unfinished job over the weekend. I would recommend them to others any time.

The job went well but we felt is was over-priced. It was our mistake not to get estimates from other companies that supplied and installed covered gutters. When we asked the owner Ross Hartley for concrete drainage slabs for two of the downspouts instead of the rubber ones he installed, he replied that he doesn't use them. We felt that for the amount of money he charged for the job, he should have supplied these items. Also, he never responded to a call back from us when we left a message that we wanted him to check the corners of the gutters. We were not comfortable with the brusque attitude of the owner of the company and his curt replies to questions we asked. Now our roof leaks in several places where the gutters were installed. The roof is only three years old and has never leaked before. We contacted Ross Hartley to report the problem and he told us he would come out to check on the job. He never appeared. We contacted our roofer, who checked the gutter installation and concluded that manner in which the gutters were installed caused our roof to leak.

We have had to have the gutters removed and the roof repaired.

They just finished the job and we are very happy with the work that they have done. Ross Hartley extended himself, and if he can't do something, then he knows people who do. He is extremely prompt in returning calls. I can call him in the night and he will call back right away, and if we have any questions for which he has to contact somebody else, he will do that and call back immediately. He has been great. He stops by to see how we have liked the work. He has been very helpful and has assisted us with some other ideas that we wanted to do. We wanted to replace the bathtub shower area in the main bathroom and he knew a guy who does that. He came over with that guy and we have hired him to do that work. They are very reputable people.
