Eagle Termite & Pest Control

VERY WELL, VERY THOROUGH.

They didn't find any termites. The inspector was fine and the communication was good with them.

The service itself was fine but the customer service is AWFUL!

I think they are understaffed because appointments wind up
getting re-scheduled about half the time or I wind up having to cancel
because they are running so far behind schedule that I can't wait around
any longer. HOWEVER, the people themselves, both the front office and
the guys who come out to do the actual work, couldn't be nicer or more
professional. I like supporting a local business as opposed to the
bigger chains like Terminex. Also, the price is competitive and I know I
am getting a good value for my money. And I am confident that if I have
any urgent issues they will be very responsive.

First experience with contractor from Angie's List. BIG disappointment. First of all, half the time you call these people, you don't get an answer saying "Eagle Pest Control". Recording sometimes says "Rita Gordon", so after the first time I wasn't even sure I had the right number, but it was, in fact, correct. Took my money fast. Before I paid, courteous, punctual, came out right away. Was told their customers usually see results after 1 treatment, and may only need one treatment. Was told I had a 30 day guarantee and they would come out as many times as needed. First visit, OK, but no change in the problem. Had to call 3 times to make sure I had the second appointment. Jerry showed up 1 1/2 hours late. Bad attitude from Rita, who answers the phone, getting surly, made excuse about another appointment at the same time. Should have let me know as soon as they discovered the conflict. Needed a third appointment, because of only mininal improvement. Rita condescending, unenthusiastic. Did not care that I still had a problem. Jerry did not show up for third appointment. Called 4 times since (documented on my cell phone record), getting the "this is Rita Gordon" recording. No return call. Big waste of time and money. Was getting some results with stuff I bought at Home Depot, but was willing to pay for something stronger. Am just going to DIY, get stuff on internet or Home Depot. Most unresponsive contractor I have ever dealt with. Great intro to Angie's list!

They're very prompt. I think they do a good job. They stand by what they offer. If you ever have any problems they work really well with you.

they are very qualified in their field. When they technician came out he was fast and very nice. I would recommended them to everyone.

The were responsive and resolved the problem. Tjhey were able to come the next day. I thought they were a little expensive for the servce provided, but overall I am satisfied with the results

Eagle Pest and Termite have had a long term relationship with the property I purchased as they worked with the prior owners there over a period of many years. I picked up the maintenance contract when I moved in as well. In preparing the property for sale, Jerry Gordon suggested we treat the area around the outbuilding that had in the past experienced some issues. Doing this also meant that the property would be Certified Termite Free by Eagle. We did this treatment in addition to the standard treatment on the house. The area covered actually included the North side of the home and much of the kitchen area, on all three sides. The Gordons are conscientious and really care about insuring the properties are safe. The specialist who comes out for the regular treatments inside and out is careful with in-house pets, etc. I KNOW that the property is being well preserved with the regular care of the Gordon's and Eagle. I recommend you call them if you live in this area!
