AIM Garage Doors

It turned out fine. I was happy. I called them again when I had another problem with my garage door. There was no additional charge. They did what I needed done. My garage door was squeaking a lot. He was able to fix that. He was very personable. It is a family business and I like that. My garage door broke last week and they were here the next morning.

They did a nice job. Our garage door is much quieter. They were very prompt.

Service was excellent and he was very helpful. Even though he recommended that we might consider getting a new garage door because it was delaminating, he weatherstripped the existing one and did a great job.

I found AIM on Angie's. After reading "A" ratings, scheduled them for a garage door "tuneup" for $80. They came a few days later and did the work. Pleasant team. Worked quickly.

Background: The house had a 10 year old Craftsmen garage door opener. It was inconsistently working. Some days the garage would not open completely, some days it would not close completely. Once when I was leaving the door would not come down. I could hear the motor running. Every day was a new problem. I decided to replace the opener. Came to AngiesList. AIM Garage Doors had high rating and good reviews. I called them for an estimate and another company listed on the website. Lisa won me over on phone. She is very involved from the beginning, as if she is working with a family member. She explained what they would be doing, the model, the pricing. She was willing to work with me. A big advantage is that they are willing to work evening and weekends too. Lisa and Ron came over on a Saturday and did the installation. It took them little over an hour. They cleaned up the area, explained how everything worked. I'm extremely happy with their work and delighted to meet such nice people. Lisa and Ron care for their customers.

I was contacted by Lisa by email. We easily set up the time. They arrived in the time window. Gave me a call when they were on the way. I found both Lisa and Ron to be very courteous and pleasant to talk to while they were working. They were obviously knowledgeable in their field. The whole job was done in under 30 minutes. Door is squeak free. If I find that I need any other service to the garage, I would call them in a second!

Aim Garage Door arrived during the designated appointment time. Immediately, he worked on replacing the broken spring and completed the job within thirty minutes. I appreciated the workers sharing their wealth of knowledge pertaining to garage door safety and I felt completely comfortable with both their responsiveness and the way they conduct business. They emailed back almost immediately and we decided that they could do a house call. They arrived the next day (earlier than arranged - YEAH) and worked on the problem. I learned that the outside door opener was broken. They immediately replaced it and everything worked. It was fabulous! I would 100% recommend them and have them back to fix my door.

Went terrific! From estimate to installation AIM'S did a superb, professional job on replacing our garage doors. They were the quietest, cleanest workers I've ever hired! It was amazing. And their assistant was great and very helpful! They made me feel like I was the only customer they had. They took the time to explain things clearly and concisely, and weren't the least bit pushy, and once on the job there was no rushing off to do the next job. Now this is the way a profitable business should be run. It all starts with excellent customer service. If a business has that, it will be profitable. AIM Garage doors has that in spades. If they did home remodeling they'd be the first ones I'd call. We went from a chain driven door to a direct drive one. A remarkable difference in sound (as in NO noise) and performance.
