AIM Garage Doors

It went great - they showed up on a Saturday to do the estimate which was very convenient - they were running a little late but called me twice with updates on when they would be there which I really appreciated. The price was reasonable and they were a very nice couple so I asked them to do the work. They were very prompt on the day of the work which was just a few days later and had all of the parts with them that they needed. They asked if there was living space above the garage, and when I told them there was a boy's bedroom up there, they suggested a belt-drive rather than chain-drive opener which would be quieter. They certainly know what they are doing and did a terrific job for us in just a few hours. When they finished, the price was exactly what they quoted even though they encountered an unexpected problem when doing the work. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out - we love our new openers, they are so quiet we can't even hear them in our house! And it is so nice to have all three of them working again. The keypad was a great addition - we had one before but it was a cheaper model that didn't work consistently. The one they installed is very good quality, as are the openers. We went with Lift Master openers and are very happy with our choice of openers and installers. I would definitely recommend AIM - they were responsive and prompt, their prices seemed reasonable and didn't change after the job, and they were pleasant and professional - they know what they are doing!

I had asked for installation of the outside keypad which they did quickly and very well. They programmed two different codes, one for each door. They were quite willing to do a couple other things for me I hadn't thought of until they were here like program a new opener for my sons cars. They also adjusted the openers and both doors of the garage because they noticed they weren't running smoothly. This is a husband and wife team who are extremely professional, honest and capable. I actually enjoyed interacting with them and would trust them with a bigger job. I'm thinking about getting new doors put on and I will definitely work with them on that.

They were awesome. They installed a keyless touch pad remote for both of my garage doors and supplied me with 2 separate remotes for my vehicles. The were very friendly and nice. They completed the job quickly. They are very good at what they do.

They showed up promptly and gave our doors a thorough inspection, then adjusted each one to the point where each one is running smoothly and quietly. As a bonus, they reprogrammed our remotes so we could use one remote to control both doors. And friendly to boot. We highly recommend AIM Garage Doors!

Due to the broken spring we could not access our garage. I have a boat in it we planned to use on the weekend. We called AIM Friday morning and they were out Friday night to fix it. There service was prompt and they were very friendly. I highly recommend them

I returned home on Friday morning (July 31st) and the garage door would not open. At first I thought it was the batteries in the opener, but that would have been too easy. I went in through the house into the garage and realized that one of the two springs had broken. I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. AIM is not very far from my house so I called just after they opened at and left a message. A short time later Lisa returned my call and when I told her what the problem was she said they would stop out late afternoon/early evening and fix it. A little after 5:00, she called to tell me they were on the way. They arrived around 5:30 and fixed the door. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and their promptness and professionalism of the service. Very friendly people to deal with I will certainly call them again if I have future problems with my garage door or opener.

He came and replace all of the rollers and adjusted the door. No problems and the door is now quiet. It was a good deal

I purchased the service hoping they could address an issue I'd been having with the garage door opener getting stuck in the cold. As it turned out, I was able to correct the problem and I can cancelled the service. The provider approved a refund (I had been billed immediately, as opposed to when services were rendered) and I have no problem with the business. That said, it took Angie's List forever to process the refund, which is why I'm hesitant to purchase services from them in the future.

Very professional and knowledgeable. We are new owners to this property and to have him tell me about the condition, age and model of my garage door system totally worth it. I will definitely call AIM should we need a repair or replacement.

Very polite and professional. Came promptly, explained everything clearly and provided estimates for several options. Even ended up charging a few bucks less than original estimate. Would definitely use them again.

Providers are gracious, friendly, and helpful. I asked them to do work out of scope of the deal as it was written, and they were happy to help. They replaced rollers, fixed loose brackets, threw in a remote opener, and took time to talk with me about the age and condition of the garage door at our residence. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy--not out to sell needless add-ons; but rather, AIM is interested in building repeat business thru establishing trust, doing quality work with quality materials, and listening to their customers' concerns. I highly recommend AIM Garage Doors to anyone.

They did exactly what the ad said. Even did some slight repairs on my door! Excellent!

The owners of the company actually came to do the work. They were punctual and professional. Explained nuances of the new opener and settings. They even took time to oil the springs and recommended future maintenance issues. Would definitely use them again!

Our garage door stopped working recently. We found AIM garage doors through Angie's List. They responded quickly to our questions, arrived on time, and found out immediately what was wrong with the door and fixed it. Ron also fixed the lower door panel which was bent. Keypad which wasn't working was replaced. We are very pleased with the work they did.Very professional and courteous. Will hire them again and recommend them to anyone!

I joined Angie's list 3 days ago to check reviews for another service. One of the first things that popped up was one of the "daily deals" for the AIM Garage Door Company for garage door maintenance by a husband and wife team in Enola, PA. The price seemed very reasonable for the described service, so I tucked the information in the back of my mind to come back to at a later date. Fast forward three days later to March 27, 2015 when I came home from the grocery shopping at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday and found that the garage door would only raise 2 inches when I hit the garage door opener. On inspection, we found the spring had broken. I remembered the AIM Garage Door Company information, went to Angie's list to retrieve the information and quickly called them. Lisa Short answered and I told her of our dilemma. During our conversation we discovered they were doing a job less than a mile from us. She asked if they could stop around 6:45pm to take a look. Before they arrived, Lisa called to let us know she and her husband, Ron were on their way. Very polite, friendly and professional upon arrival. Ron inspected the spring and looked at the overall condition of the door. We agreed that the spring needed replaced and they said general maintenance would also be done in the price of the spring replacement. Ron took measurements for the spring size and when we asked how soon it could be scheduled, Lisa said Ron would do it as soon as he could run to his storage unit to locate the correct spring replacement. Needless to say, we were thrilled with the prompt, friendly and efficient service. He arrived, did the work and we were opening the fixed garage door at 8:00 pm. Husband & Wife team very friendly. I like the fact that they were honest and told me what I did not need and what I did need. Plus, they explained what they were doing and why. They were prompt, thorough, explained and told me when my next maintenance due. This is my first experience with Angie's list and AIMS Garage Doors have made it a pleasant experience.

It went very well. They called on the road to let us know that they would be about 5 or 10 minutes late. Very professional. Answered all questions, and volunteered other information. The doors open much easier now, and are quieter than the original rollers. Highly recommend them.

Excellent! Initially I thought I needed a new opener as the door did not work and was over 20 years old. The team of Lisa and Ron brought a new opener with them to install. Instead Ron replaced the door hinges which were broken, charging us just for the service call and a few parts. I appreciate their honesty and commitment to repair rather than replace if the existing hardware is still functional. I will definitely call them when the time comes to replace the entire system.

Our original garage door (19 years old) became damaged and worn out, so they quoted us a new door with a higher R-value and nice looking windows. They were prompt and professional. The job took about 4 hours and the end result was exactly what we expected. The new door really makes the front of our house look fantastic. Thank you Ron and Lisa!

I was VERY impressed with Lisa and Ron's professionalism. They inspected the job on Monday and had the panel in stock, so they installed it on Tuesday. They were flexible related to the time for them to come out and very friendly on the phone. Next time I have an issue with my opener or doors, I will definitely be calling Lisa and Ron first
