Excellent company did exactly what they said they would do

They did such a great job, we will definitely hire them again for future projects.

I met the nicest guy this week. I contracted with Will from Rivera's General Services to remove six hugh trees from my backyard. He and his crew worked diligently, removed the trees and did more than I asked for. What a fine crew of young men. They were polite, courteous and very professional. I will definitely contract with them in the future for more work. Here's to you Will, I wish you much success in all your business endeavors.

We hired them to remove three trees and stumps, He set a price for this, We told him we were getting three estimates and he threw in removing some tall bushes and replanting, there were eight, He left my yard like a mess, He tried with tracks all through the yard and the Stumps were not completely removed. I hired another guy to finish one of the damaged stumps of my fence, ran over my son basketball set, and smashed the base with his mini backhoe. When he got here he said, I never agreed to plant bushes, and he finally said, He would do three, I paid additional for three. They were supposed to be six ft they were three ft. They looked half-dead, I told him I wanted the wood for a fire pit, He said, He was taking it and cutting it for us and loaded it up. He never brought it back so he essentially took the wood. He told us that he would come back to plant the grass, He never did, horrible service, I wish I never heard of this company again.

After I contacted them they called me to see if it was OK to come to give us an estimate.The first thing he asked was what my budget was. We were able to come up with a price that was comfortable with both of us. Great person and crew they did a great job.

will is great to work with, polite and understanding. his help also show respect and ask what you want if not sure. very friendly. dug up & removed sod, laid down weed guard, and mulched around perimeter of house, pool shed, and tree plus cut down a tree. all in one day. place looks great. very satisfied. will have them back on next project for sure

They were great! Came over on a Saturday to remove a tree that fell on our car. They removed the tree and cleaned up the yard/driveway everything looked great... except for the car, but that was the trees fault.

Job was a level pad for a shed. (having delivered separately). They leveled the area, installed border and laid weed barrier. Done in an afternoon. Shed was delivered onto pad with no issues - structurally sound. Would recommend.

Damage my fence and stand up basketball hoop did not come back to cleanup and plant new grass seed because of damage to the yard to the from their equipment

I had a tree and two small bushes to be cut down on the side of the house. The two men did an excellent job. The stump of tree was grind and made level. They placed black very small pieces of cut tire rubber as mulch. I am very pleased with the result. Aesthetically it looks nice and good for the environment. They left the job area very clean; looked like they were never there. I have other projects that need to be done; and will definitely use them again. Thank you Rivera s General Service. Very Professional. We had an emergency with a fallen tree and they helped us immediately. Had everything complete in a very short time. Very neat and reasonable. Great Job!

They do not do what I had contracted them to do. They had promised to cut the trees down and grind up the logs and spread the chips around the hill. Will claims the logs were too big to chip so I now have a large pile of trees and no clean up was done.

Dropped limbs on house, broke surrounding shrubs, smashed lamppost, knocked over neighbors mailbox. Must have learned trade from Three Stooges. Promises to take care of issues but does not deliver. I do not reccomend this business. Will lie right to your face.

Will was great to work with. I had him and his crew remove three leyland cypress trees from my yard. They came, did the work, including grinding the stumps, and cleaned up nicely after themselves when they were done. Will and crew were friendly and courteous and addressed any concerns I had.

The tree was removed two days after initial contact. Upon cutting it, it fell on corner of house damaging spouting. Contractor said would replace spouting since they damaged it. Five weeks went by. No replaced spout yet.

They showed up when they said they would. They completed the work in a timely fashion, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again and would gladly recommend them.

Will and crew did a great job removing the trees. They came back the next day to finish but we had to do some cleanup of sticks and sawdust from the trees after they left. Other than that they did a good job. I would hire them again.

The biggest differentiator between Will and other contractors I have hired is that Will did what he said he would, when he said he would, without fail. He arrived on time for a view of the site and preparation of an estimate, sent me a written proposal when he said he would, texted me to let me know he would be eight minutes late for our scheduled appointment time, and completed the work as planned. His crew did a neat job removing two trees and cleaning up the debris. I had some concerned because one of the trees was nestled into a utility pole and two service wires attached to my house, and they got that tree down with only a minor scuff to my fence. The work was performed efficiently and for the price quoted. to top it all off, Will has great manners, a sense of humor, and is a nice guy.

They did a great job at tree removal and pruning. Not only did they arrive on time they actually waited me to arrive once. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and were able to schedule us quickly. Communication was impressive.

Will and the team did an great job with the removal of 6 very large trees at our home. Even with a few challenging locations to work in, they worked carefully and made sure things were done safely with as little disturbance to the surrounding areas as possible. Left things cleaned up and nicely stacked since we were keeping the logs on site. Their prices were competitive and service and communication was very good. They had the entire project wrapped up within a week of signing off on the estimate. They even worked one day in the rain to make sure they got things done on schedule. I will use them again if the need arises, and would definitely recommend.
