DID GOOD WORK

Great job by RGS. They came out and took down my old cherry tree and ground down the stump. This seemed like a challenging job, as the tree was close to the house. But they handled it well. I received a quick and competitive quote, and they came out a couple days later and got down to business. They were professional, thorough, and even took care of another small pre-existing stump.

Multiple missed appointments due to weather which was not a huge issue but the contractor was a no-call no-show 5+ times. Payment was made and work was not completed until over a month later. They even missed the appointment to do follow-up repairs due to damage caused during the operation. Heavy damage to property, I would not recommend this company

Will Rivera and his team trimmed 5 large branches from 2 mature pin oak trees on my property. They were professional, reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I was completely satisfied and would definitely use them again in the future.

Will at Rivera General Service was great. Followed up right away as far as making an appoint to come out to give me a quote. The quote was very competitive with others I received. The customer service was excellent as well as the quality of work that was done. I have many rental properties in the Middletown area and if I ever need another tree removed, I will definitely call Rivera General Service.

Will and the crew are professional and friendly. My husband and I both work. Will came in the evening to look at the tree and the crew came the next day to remove it. The crew was respectful of our and our neighborsâ property. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency and was calling random tree services for help. This business (WILL) was the only one who answered immediately. He was pleasant and shared my concern. The tree involved was in the middle of an elevated woods and the problem was my cat was up 80 feet and had been there 3 nights. Will came to assess the situation. A bucket truck could not make it. Will was able provide a referral to a self-employed gentleman who rescued my cat. Will's work ethics are top notch. Thank you.

REVISED REVIEW. The job is now complete. Workmen are very professional. Work was done well. I had a very large tree, very close to my house to remove plus 2 other troublesome trees. Rivera did a very good job taking down the trees. The stump grinding, when completed, was very thorough. Would recommend.

We are very pleased and satisfied with their work. They did a great job and were very conscious of the yard and how their equipment might tear up the yard. They cleaned everything up and left the property in relatively good condition. Job well done.

Will was on top of the work the whole time and coordinated it well with his crew. I did find a broken lawn ornament laying next to my porch afterward but no one brought this to my attention during the job. Will and his crew completed the work exactly as asked and checked to make sure that what I described was exactly what I meant. He took the time to explain things to me and shared that he is looking for additional business. He took 1 dead pine and 1 dying pine tree down and left everything exactly as he said he would. I would hire Will and his crew again.

I had 3 trees removed at a great price, one of which was vary large,dead and in a really rough spot between two houses and a pool, they did amazing work and had the upmost respect for all property surrounding the site,got all 3 down safely with no damage I'm really impressed with the skill to drop trees in such a way and accuracy, will definitely be hiring them again as well as passing on their work to anyone I know. Keep up the great work and thanks again!
