He did more than he was called to do. He even brought batteries which he didn't add to bill. Exceptionally professional and polite. Great find!

Mike removed the old flooring in my kitchen (six levels!) and put down a new sub-floor. He then tiled the floor & put baseboard all around. He did an expert job and it looks great. Mike also purchased all the tile & materials. I had previously used Mike for smaller jobs (replace ceiling fan, fix door, etc) He's a real nice man who does great work.

He does fine work and we will definitely call him again when the need arises.

Since having some unhappy experiences in the past with handymen, we were delighted with Mike's knowledge of how things work. He was free with information, if you asked a question. Mike was very personable and willing to take the time to make sure you knew what he was going to do and why. As it stands now, Mike will return in June to do other jobs for us. Mike was prompt, courteous and willing to go the other yard. His pricing was exceptional. He certainly keep his cost at a level that seniors could work with.

Mike did a great job for us. He is very friendly and approachable and perfectly willing to discuss any project, big or small. More than that, he's comfortable telling you what projects are beyond his expertise and which projects you might be able to accomplish yourself - he's not out there to make a quick buck. Mike and his assistant came to our house and, in roughly 4 hours, hung 2 doors, one of which needed to have a doorway built into a preexisting threshold between 2 rooms. Both doors look and work great and were done at an affordable price.

See above description. In addition, Mike was prompt in all his communication and showed up when he said he would show up! On the final day of work he stayed until everything was completed. Mike was flexible to work with and knows his trade. He also knows how to make wise use of resources to save homeowners a few bucks. Thanks Mike!

The end result was just what we needed. The drawer in question is working perfectly (after, of course, removing some of the clutter).

I left a weekend message for Mike and he responded the following Monday. He said he would come Thursday morning, which he did -- offering an estimated for the work and prepared to start on the spot if I okayed it (which I did). His price was reasonable, he did the work efficiently and thoroughly, and cleaned up the job site. I'll definitely use him again.

I use Mike every time I need anything! He is so professional and clean. I hired him to install a wall unit pet door. He was smart enough to remove the base board and cut a small hole to see what was behind the wall before just cutting a huge hole in my wall. He discovered there was concrete block behind my walls! I decided not to install the dog door if it meant busting through the cement block. Mike patch the hole and put the molding back on. Looked the same as it was before he started. He also made several live electrical wires safe ,that had been cut when I got a new deck installed. I can even trust him to come to my house when I'm not home.

Everything went great! Mike arrived right on time and went to work installing the blinds in the living room. He also installed blinds in the basement and repaired our kitchen drawer. He was personable, quick, and efficient. Before he installed the blinds in the basement, he noticed that the screen was ruined and I explained that it was from my cat. He suggested buying a really thick and quot;pet proofand quot; screen that had worked for another of his client's, and said he could put it in. I never thought of it, and thought it was a great idea. His price was incredibly fair also. I have other things in my house that need to be done, and will definitely call Mike in the future, as well as highly recommend him to friends, neighbors and family.

Mike arrived promptly for the scheduled repair time, was thorough in his work, explaining what he would do to make the repair. The work was done quickly but efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend.

Mike and Charlie were great!! He was early and efficient with time. They did so much in the few hours they were here. Work looks perfect and I am a perfectionist!! He even left the place cleaner than it was. I will use him for all my future projects!

Fantastic! Mike was here about an hour. He was in the area to do a job, and was able to come out the day I called (although he said that is not common). He and his helper were friendly, fast, and conscientious. Hanging the shelf was not completely straightforward, as it was heavy and there was some sort of concrete block where he wanted to drill (dining room wall of 1920s house). Anyway, it all worked out fine, and the cubby-shelf is perfectly secure and straight. I would definitely call Mike again. He's a pleasure to work with.

I had called several handymen but Mr. Mike was the first one I called who could come out right away (our house was about to go on the market and I needed someone quickly). Mike arrived right on time and he and his assistant did a lot of varied jobs in about 3 hours, and they did a great job. He is professional and did the jobs for a very fair price. I would highly recommend Mr. Mike!

Mike did a great job retrofitting a slab door we had purchased to the entrance from out living room to our kitchen. Because the opening was not large enough for a prehung door, he built a doorframe for a slab door that fit perfectly. He quickly understood the scope of the project and came back within a week to perform the job. His prices were reasonable and below that of a general contractor who have provided an estimate for this job.

I had a leaky kitchen sink and a tiny window of time to be home for a repairman. Mr. Mike had no trouble accommodating me.I discussed some possible future jobs with him and he gave me a lot of good advice. I will definitely call Mr. Mike next time I need a handyman.

I called Mike in the morning to install our new Microwave. He said he would arrive around noon to install. He showed up 1/2 an hour early (!) and quickly figured out what the problem was. We were unsuccessful trying to install it ourselves the day before so Mike was a huge help! We will definitely call him in the future and recommend his services.
