Description of Work: He came out to the house to haul away alot of items from our garag clean out,also took an old sleeper sofa.My husband dealt with him directly and he was vry satisfid. In fact, my husband called him afterwards and he hauled away more after initial job.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal for a moving a few items from my home to a storage facility a few miles from my home. However, this service was not what I received! The truck advertised as a moving truck was simply a extended height mini van which could not accommodate my items to be moved. I had a queen size sleigh bed with mattress and box springs, 5 bookcases and moving boxes. Due to the size of the van there would have to be multiple trips made and would rack up charges way beyond the 2 hour service period I paid for. Therefore, I was forced to only get a few of my items moved with this company and the rest of the items I had to move independently. The staff is very friendly and responsive but are a far cry from professional movers. The hauling of junk business is apparently what they are prepared for. Therefore, I feel that this deal should not be advertised as a moving service and would caution anyone against purchasing a moving service needed from this company.

Description of Work: Arrived on time and removed several large items as well as many boxes from my basement and garage. Men were professional and easy to work with. They took care to keep floors clean as it was raining while they were working. I intend to use A-1 Hauling again for other work. Price was very reasonable.
