OK. Tires failed, and they had to order tires for replacement. I scheduled the follow-up appointment to get the tires put on one week later, but they forgot to order the tires. I missed a half-day of work. I had to schedule another (3rd total) appointment to get the tires on. They were very apologetic and kind. Offered me a loaner for the day free of charge.

Milbert's is, without question, the finest mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rick is honest and straightforward. He kept me informed every step of the way and was incredibly helpful. They did a thorough and quality job with my car. After getting my car serviced here, I won't bring it anywhere else.

Perfect, took the car promptly and was done quickly.

Great service from Milbert's. I have been going here for just over 3 years and I won't trust anyone else with my car. Rick has fixed brakes and calipers, replaced a broken radiator, and many many oil changes. My elantra is in better repair than when my last mechanic worked on it. Rick's guys always take a good look around at the car anytime they have it in. I have able to plan for repairs because they point upcoming repairs out to me ahead of time.

I want to say that in this world - it is so refreshing to meet service providers like the folks at Milbert's!  I have an  older car and took it in for what i thought was a leak in my exhaust.  It was so much more - and John took the time to tell me all of the work that would need to be done to make the care safe; gave me realistic prices for the repairs, but never pushed for me to approve them.  In fact, he led me to the conclusion it is time for a new car.
He said he agreed and while he could have done the work, he'd rather not charge a customer so much for work that is almost more than the value of the car.  He also said he wan't sure it was safe to drive.
I really liked that - he has guaranteed that I will take my new car to him!  I like honesty and am more than happy to pay for him time today when I got refreshing honesty in return.

I took my car to Milberts for the first time as a result of ratings here on Angies list., Way better than Monro, my former go-to site.
It went pretty much uneventful.  I didn't have to take it back to have the inspection sticker applied (that has happened to me elsewhere)

This is our go-to place for automotive maintenance, repair,and advice. Prices are reasonable and you get quality work. They keep our three aging cars running well, and we will continue to give them our business.

The first time they fixed my tyre it wasn't done right but I took it back to them and they fixed it at no charge. They even gave me a free detail service.

They always give good service in a timely manner. The work is always done professionally, and they treat you like an individual and not like a number.

They were thorough, their prices are reasonable, they were friendly.

They never informed me that there is a labor charge of $74.50 to dismount, mount, and balance the 4 tires.  I should have purchased the tires at my regular tire store, had I, they would have cost me less and the mounting and balancing would have been free (my mistake).
The following morning I discovered the old inspection sticker still in place, they never performed the state inspection.  Also, there were 3 black grease stains the size of quarters on the passenger seat and grease stains on the dashboard.
I informed shop manager John Holzer of the problems, he was apologetic and scheduled the inspection for the next day at no charge and gave me the shop loaner car for the day.  It is an old Plymouth Breeze that isfilthy inside and smells like it!  It also leaked oil on my driveway.
Later in the day a returned the loaner and picked up my now inspected truck.  They did a lousy job of cleaning the seat, so i did it myself.
In fairness, I've had service once before at Milberts and was very satisfied and I trust that the service that I received this time is satisfactory.  However, I won't be going back for a third time.  This experience there didn't meet my expectations and I don't appreciate how I was inconvenienced.   

They did what they said they were going to do and chanrged me a way better price than the dealer ever would have.  I will definitely use there service again.

I am new to the area and usually when I need work on my car I would go back to my “home town” and get it fixed.  I have a friend that is a mechanic so he is the one who always works on my car, but my home town is an 1+ hour away.   I live in a gated community so having to punch in a code every time I go home and not being able to put my window down is a pain! Because I am new to the area I didn’t want to take my car to get fixed, a girl showing up reads rip me off but I wanted to get this fixed ASAP.  I read some good reviews about Milberts so I decided to give it a chance.   I was very pleased with the service and professionalism, they were really nice.  They called me with a price before they did the work, and then called when my car was done. After I got my car back I called my friend and told him what was wrong with my car and told him what I was charged, I wanted something to compare with.  He said the price was right, so that made me even happier with the service. While I was there they noticed that one of my tires was low, so they even put air in it for me! I would defiantly recommend this place and will go back again anytime I need work done on my car!

Their price is great. They are awesome. We love them.

The work seems to have been done well. The staff is very courteous. The price was reasonable- about half of what the dealer was going to charge. The only down side is that they are closed on the weekends. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to them.
