Extremely competent installers, they were very efficient and phr is lucky to have them. Some confusion on the patio slider doors sent - they had the door handle on the wrong side- the work order had the order correct-I.e. the door handle was where we wanted it Fortunately , the installers did all the contacting to the office and all will be resolved shortly. Also, the wrong screen size was sent. Product is great and truly enhances the ,entrance way.

Crew came in quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind and they repaired major wood rot in an upper beam for windows they were installing in place of a sliding glass door.

I was very pleased with the quality of the materials and the work. The only problem I have is they did not add any extra ventilation over the lower roof (garage). I has specifically asked the project manager to ensure they added ample ventilation and she ensured me they would. At the end of the installation I noticed they didn't add any vents. When I raised the question why it was not added, they replied with "there is sufficient ventilation for that size of roof...this has the power vent installed". When I look around the houses in my neighborhood...they all had an extra vent to allow the heat to escape near the top of the roof.

The installation crew were on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. The crew chief, Aaron was professional and friendly. He explained everything to me about how the crew would proceed and he did a follow up through the house with me when the installation was complete.

Very nice installation staff who did an excellent job installing soffits, gutters, 20 windows and 5 doors. I am not happy with the two patio doors as when I discussed with the sales staff they did not tell me the doors did not come with sliding screens, which is what I had on my old doors and wanted the same as what I had. Now may be stuck with two very expensive doors that are not what I wanted. Otherwise, very quality windows and 3 other doors, gutters and soffits. Nice local office staff who are easy to work with.
