It was not great!!! They said two cleaners would be in the condo since they charge by the hour!!! When I showed up at home one cleaner was here doing the cleaning that I was being charged for two. They completely missed spots throughout the condo which is weird because I was promised they would be hand cleaning all baseboards. The service was and quot;BASICand quot; the attention to detail was and quot;BASICand quot; and my overall opinion is they are a and quot;Basicand quot; cleaning company.

We switched to Cleaning Wizards on the recommendation of a neighbor after the supervisor for our last service was arrested for theft from clients and we found out through the newspaper rather than the service. The price they charge is a little higher than other quotes, but the service is top notch. The owner himself comes out to give an estimate, and when our regular team was unavailable, he came out to clean himself. I love coming home after Cleaning Wizards have been there, they do a great job and I have no complaints. With our prior services there were always things I thought could have been done better, but I have yet to find something that I think Cleaning Wizards has missed.

We've been using Cleaning Wizards for about a month and a half on a bi-weekly basis. I gave them a B on price as they are the most costly of the cleaning services we've used, so our expectations are fairly high. We've tried 3 or 4 cleaners thus far, some small, some and quot;name brandand quot; and have been disappointed after a while. Seem the other firms became complacent and did less and less each time. So we decided to spend more to hopefully get a better more consistent cleaning. It is still too early for me to comment on the quality over time, we had some of the other cleaners for a year of more...
They arrive roughly the same time that we've scheduled, plus or minus half an hour, which given the traffic and other issues in this area, I feel is acceptable (no I don't recieve, nor do I expect a phone call for half an hour... perhaps if it goes past that, a phone call would be nice). There are always at least 2 cleaners, usually three. The get right to work. With our old cleaners you would always hear banging furniture with the cleaning machines, I don't hear that with these cleaners, they seem to be more careful.
I'll update this in 6 months or so to share how they are doing in the and quot;long runand quot;.

Overall, I thought they did a nice job cleaning. There were 4 cleaners and they were thorough and friendly. I would not hire them again because I thought their price was high and they overflowed my toilet onto my hardwood floors. They said they didn't put anything in the toilet to make it overflow, however, I've live in the house for 3 weeks and used the toilet multiple times with no issues. They also showed up over 30 minutes late without a phone call. Granted, it was snowing that day and the roads were messy but I though I would have received a courtesy phone call.

I would not have believed it was possible to get that apartment this clean. The job that Heather, Emma and their coworker (wish I'd gotten her name) did was simply amazing. Floors gleamed, toilets with rust stains looked brand new, not a trace of the stains. The soap scum and mildew stains on the grout in the master bath were gone.
I'm so glad I hired Cleaning Wizards; it would have taken me a month to do what these ladies did in 3 hours. They're incredibly hard workers, extremely thorough, and were professional and pleasant. I'll definitely hire them again to clean my new place on a regular basis.

As stated above, the job was extremely well done and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I've had a great experience with Cleaning Wizards. They clean my apartment once a month and always do a great job. They are trustworthy and their price is fair.

We now use Cleaning Wizards as our regular bi-weekly cleaning service. We are very satisified and relieved to have found a solution to our housecleaning needs. The first visit was to meet with us to explain their services and find out what we wanted. They started out with a thorough cleaning to get the place to a clean baseline that was remarkable. The entire house was shining. Now, they come every two weeks and do a thorough general cleaning, but are always open to hearing about special areas that might need more attention. The owners check in to see how things are going regularly and the crew that they send each time are friendly and easy to work with.

They are very good. They are very trustworthly. The rate was for an hour and a half of housecleaning.

Great, These former marines provide exceptional service and professionalism. They showed up right on time and got right to work after discussing the work and my concerns. They cleaned the entire home in 3 hours, around 3000 sq feet. I would hire them and trust them in the home without supervision. Great crew.
