He put in a bid to install a shower for us. My husband tried to explain the process to him, but he didn't really listen and said, "I've done these before". We decided to go with him because of the good ratings and the reasonable price. The first day he showed us, looked at the instructions, and said he underbid the job. I made arrangements to go into work late to be at home when the job was begun. He said he would submit a new bid, but we never heard from him again.

The installation took less than two hours and I had hot water within one hour. Mike is a excellent plumber and did the job at the proposed price.p

Very professional, on time, very nice and did a great job. We needed him in a bind and he came within 1/2 hour, fixed everything, took pictures and helped clean up.

Mike came out the same day that I called. He was right on time. He removed the old faucet and installed the new. He also tested for leaks very thoroughly and applied a clear sealant around the base of the faucet. When I asked, he also patiently explained to me which shut off levers went with what (under the sink). Since I had just purchased the house, he also was nice enough to show me where the main water shut off for the entire house was located. He was courteous and professional. I will definitely use County Line Plumbing again.

We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet and had purchased a new faucet. I called County Line Plumbing to make an appointment. for removing the old faucet and install the new one. I was hoping to get an appointment within a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when he said he said it could do it that day. He quoted me a price of $140. Within the hour he was there. He quickly replaced the faucet and also tightened the shutoff valves. I was impressed with the quick arrival and the quick replacement. I will definitely call them again.

We returned from vacation to find we had no hot water. I called Mike on a Sunday at 9 AM and he gave me a very reasonable quote. He arrived within a couple hours to begin work. He was very prompt, very neat and finished within hours. I highly recommend this company.

We had a new water heater installed. The new system was such an improvment over our older water heater, that the pressure value would open everytime someone took a shower. We did not have an expansion tank previously, but it was recommended. After the expansion tank was installed, no more problems.

Replacing a broken water heater is always an emergency repair. I called three companies for quotes and chose Michael. He came out quickly and told me the price of repairing the old water heater or installing a new one. I chose to install a new water heater. Michael assessed his needs, went out to get the water heater and had it installed by mid afternoon. It was nice to have hot water again.

I first sent an email to Mike requesting a quote. He responded very quickly and we discussed the work to be performed. He sent me a quote, which I thought was very fair, and we scheduled the work. He arrived on time, performed all the work to my satisfaction, discarded the old plumbing and cleaned up after himself. There wasn't a thing left for me to do. I'm totally satisfied with Mike's professionalism, his demeanor and his friendliness. He took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Without hesitation, I would certainly contact Mike for any future plumbing issue and I would definitely recommend him.

The plumber was very responsive. Before I bought the deal I called him to see when he could perform the services and he was ablt to do it on the same day. He was willing to work with me on different solutions when I told him that the first option would not work because it was too expensive. His quality of work was good and I would use him again.

We have used Mike's services before, so we were confident that we would get good service. There was a clogged drain in our powder room sink which had defied our previous attempts to move the clog. We called Mike and explained the problem. He came when he said he would. Mike first used chemical and then mechanical (snake) means to remove the clog. The problem remained. Since the sink was old we decided to replace it. Mike replaced the old sink with a new model. We are happy with our new sink and the job that he did. We also felt that the price was reasonable. We continue to be very satisfied with his service and will continue to use him whenever the need arises

If there's ever something he can't do, he can point me to someone who can. He gave me a good price and stayed with it. I would certainly not hesitate to use him for any future work, and expect to call him for a current problem with a stopped-up drain.

We called the company and described the problem. The main person was on vacation but the available person was to call. We received the call a few hours later, Our problem was again described. I asked for an estimate and one was given. Mike said when he could come. He showed up when he promised (within 5-10 minutes). He was very pleasant and very professional. He fixed the problem in about an hour and was paid exactly what was estimated. I hope to use him again where necessary.
