Republic Services

Republic Services was supposed to pick up 2X each week. They constantly miss pickups. Last week, they picked up 0 times. No pickup of garbage. No indication they were going to miss. No notification after they missed. I learned they missed by the residents in the building who complained of garbage overflow. Then, when they do miss garbage pickup and after a long period of time when they eventually do pickup, they charge you for picking up the overflow. So here's what you get with Republic Services: Garbage overflowing, angry residents, smelly garbage, over charges on your invoices, ..... Residents at property are fed up. They need to keep garbage in their apartment because Republic Services doesn't do their job. Happening on multiple properties. When I call to complain about missed pickus, they tell me "they cannot hire people to pickup garbage." My response: "Then why are you in this business" If you're looking for an organization that doesn't do what you hire them to do and overcharges you in the rare occasions they actually do work, these guys are perfect. Photos are of what properties look like for days and weeks as a result of their missed pickups. Buyer beware.
