Cristina was extremely prompt in getting back to my initial inquiries and was able to fit me into her schedule within 1-2 days. That was much appreciated. She and her husband are extremely friendly and punctual. After a quick tour of the house, they got right to work and stayed approx. 3.5 hours to clean our 1850 sq. foot home. We also have a dog, so it's a constant battle of hair, so they had their work cut out for them. She pointed out a loose bolt on our toilet which was appreciated. I was extremely happy with their work and will now be hiring them to perform bi-weekly cleanings.

Took a little while to call me after I purchased the coupon but everything else more than made up for it. Was on time, friendly and very thorough.

Did everything I asked plus what they were supposed to though do

Christina and her team did an excellent job deep cleaning my house before I listed it for sale. They were prompt, worked hard, and provided quality work. Christina was very professional and her work speaks for itself. She and her team worked on cleaning my house for 4+ hours and it was barely recognizable when they were finished (which is no small feat given that we have two dogs that shed easily and often). We have used other local cleaning services in the past but for the quality and value, there was no comparison. We would absolutely use Christina again and would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price and no surprises.

Cristina and Herman arrived exactly on time within a window of 30 minutes (0845 for a 0830 to 0900 appointment). They entered the house with supplies in hand and ready to work. They were friendly and greeted us warmly. They explained that the landlord had ordered the deep cleaning package and informed us of everything that would be covered, describing a top-down method and how everything would be cleaned to our liking. Herman said he understood that this was our new home and that he and Cristina would do everything in their power to make it a comfortable living space. He went on to say that we would all take a walkthrough of the house together for an inspection and that if there was anything at all not to our liking that they would fix the issue. We left the house to run errands as they said it would take 3 hours. Right before the 3 hour mark we returned home and they were finishing up. Before we even conducted the walkthrough inspection we could tell a major improvement in the cleanliness. Upon the walkthrough we discovered a couple things in the kitchen that we wanted addressed. These things were not on the checklist but Cristina and Herman did not hesitate to take care of them. At one point Herman pulled out the stove and refrigerator and Cristina got on her hands and knees to scrub the scum all over the floor. We were more than satisfied with the job and the cleanliness of the house far exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed with the work that we hired them again a week later to clean the apartment we were moving out of. The property manager gave us a 2 page checklist of items to be cleaned or else we'd get money taken out of our security deposit. We presented the list to Cristina and she and Herman went to work. The job they did was so good that we didn't lose one cent from our security deposit.

Absolutely superb, Cristina and her team were thorough, courteous, and did a first rate job. As other reviews have noted, they stayed past their hour to finish everything to a high standard. They cleaned the oven and removed the contents of the refrigerator and cleaned it as well. Honestly, there's no comparison between their performance and other cleaning services I have used. They cleaned recessed lights, screens, baseboards, the restrooms look new. I'm a little anxious about having folks in to the house, but they made my wife and young son feel at ease and conductrd themselves as real professionals. Do yourself a favor and book them. No further research required. We look forward to having them come again regularly.

They did a wonderful job. So nice to have everything sparkle. Cristina even re-mopped the kitchen floor when our dog walked on it while it was wet. She and her husband were very nice.

Cristina was very punctual and arrived a few minutes early. She brought her own supplies and immediately went to work. She did not stop until my house was sparkling clean. It has been some time since I had a cleaning service; her task was not an easy one. Cleaning has also relegated itself to a lower priority task in my extremely busy schedule. Four hours later, she was gone. And so was every bit of dust, grime and an filth from my house. Dust bunnies beware - there is nowhere to hide with Cristina on the job. I am hoping to continue using her service on a regular basis.
