Did nice job of cleaning the gutters and downspouts. Repair work he proposed however was not done as proposed and did not meet the specs in his proposal, but invoice was as proposed. Would hire for cleaning, but not hire for installation or repairs. Vic never responded to my letter about the quality of the repair work.
