Mr. Heim was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable, reasonable in cost, gave us options and replaced our deadbolt mechanism so that it now works perfectly. He also keyed the other lock to match. He did a top job, and we will definitely call him again when the time comes.

Bill was GREAT! I goofed up following a YouTube video on how to program a car key fob purchased on Amazon. Bill shows up, fixes the problem, reprogramed my new keys as masters and cuts me two keys that will only open my door. He did this with a sense of humor, a great price and he got along with my dog!!!! Thank you Bill your the best!!

Hired Bill twice for two separate cars that needed a key fob, and the other a door key and ignition key with transponder. He was amazing both times!! The BEST I could have EVER hired!! Reasonable pricing and was very courteous!! Highly recommend any key you need to have made be by him!!
