I bought my townhome nearly a year ago and keep it reasonably clean and orderly. But my 24-yr-old son had temporarily moved back in for a couple of months, finally moving out again a couple of weeks ago. He is a slob second-to-none! I love him dearly, but really, he's a terrible slob. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get him to clean up after himself, I couldn't keep up with his messes myself, as I work full time and he was home all day long while staying with me, and every time he stepped out on the deck to smoke, the whole house would reek (it's a 2-story open floor plan, so every sound and smell permeates the house). My son finally moved into his own place a couple of weeks ago and I needed cleaning help badly! Enter Clean House home cleaning services and the wicked awesome team of Eric, Heather and Nancy. What great people! Their work ethic is top-notch, their skills excellent, they worked efficiently, continuously and professionally, and I felt like I had my brand-new house back by the time they'd finished. I'd purchased the $159 whole house package that included cleaning the inside of the fridge and oven, and Eric did a fantastic job with both, making them both spotless and shiny all over again. All in all, they are welcome back in my home, and I won't hesitate to give the company my key and alarm code because I feel no hesitation whatsoever about leaving them alone in my house while I work. Good job, guys, and - Mike - what great assets you have in this ace team!

The two people that came were great! Very friendly with my dog and was able to get all the dog hair I've been struggling with. Would definitely use again.

Eric and Heather made each room spic and span even to dusting ceiling fans which had not been touched in months. Very satisfied with their service and would guse again.

I used the Angie's List deal which offered 4 hours of cleaning at 90 dollars. I only had one day open for cleaning during the week, so I contacted the business before purchasing the coupon. Out of the 4 or so businesses I contacted from Angie's List, Michael was the first one to respond with all of the necessary details, and he allowed me to buy the coupon to apply the deal to his services after he secured the appointment. I was very happy with his responsiveness throughout the transaction over email - I do not like playing phone tag, and emails work perfectly for me for these types of communications. He also offered to throw in an extra cleaner if I were to leave a review with Angie's List, good or bad. I thought this was a fair offer since he was not asking for a good review, but rather a fair review. Having used Angie's List to make my selection, I think it's only fair that I return the favor to the consumers as well as vendors. I was also impressed with Michael's business acumen - we left them a cash tip at the end, and he in return left a little token of thanks (a little pocket calendar) as well as a note, with a Angie's List review form and link. This makes leaving the review very easy for the customer, which in turn will help his business. I will use them again. Even without the coupon, they are one of the most reasonably priced vendors in this area. Highly recommended.

Overall, everyone that I dealt with for this service was professional, courteous and very easy to deal with. They were on time and ready to work. I, on the other hand may have underestimated the amount of time required for the job. I thought that 6 hours would have been enough to clean the apartment since it was vacant. The majority of the job was completed in the six hours. However, there was not enough time to finish and I had to finish the job myself. Let me clarify that the crew did complete the majority of the job and what was completed in the apartment was fantastic and sparkling clean. And I will definitely use them again in the future. But I will consult more with them to level set my expectations on the job time. It was my first time using a cleaning service for this purpose so I may have misjudged the time needed and level of detail for the job.

They did very well. They do a conscientious work. Their price was excellent for what they did.

When Michael and his crew get to my house they greet my 4 dogs and talk/pet them until they calm down. I don't have to lock up my dogs when cleaners are here. Then they get right to work. Michael usually starts in the kitchen and Nicole starts the bathrooms. Michael wipes down all appliances, cleans counters and floors. The kitchen is gleaming when he is finished. Nicole cleans both bathrooms and the floors. She does a great job and the bathrooms look awesome! In the dining room the table and all 4 chairs are wiped down. Everything is taken out of the hutch, dusted and put back. Same in living room. Coffee tables are cleaned and everything put back dusted. I also have 2 big chests in my house that have an absurd amount of picture frames on them. They take every frame off and dusts each on individually before putting them back. The ceiling cob webs are dusted. Then the rooms get vacuumed (which is not easy, due to all the dog hair from 4 dogs). This cleaning service is very professional, organized, and courteous. I will refer them to anyone who needs cleaning services.

Michael & his staff always do an excellent job of cleaning my house. They are on time, professional and take pride in their work. He sends a reminder email before each appointment & is very flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Michael & his staff of Clean House.
