I liked having Lowe's as the go-between for me and the contractor. If I had a concern, it was addressed by Lowe's and resolved to my satisfaction. This is something that you can miss when it is just you vs. the contractor. You see, the contractor isn't paid until you are satisfied, this is a wonderful incentive to make sure everything is the way you want it!!! Lowe's was GREAT! I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN! I say that at least 5 times a day!!!! Thank you Lowe's and the great contractor!!!!

The man came right on time. got everything set up and started to work. He excused himself for making a mess before he did, because he had to go through my living room to get to the bathroom, and he had to use his saw outside to cut the tiling. He was a total professional from the start of the job to the finish. After he was finished he gave me items he didn't use so i could get credit on them. I would recommend that man for all my tile work.

It would have went faster if they didn't take there smoke breaks. Plus there was stuff left over that i never received, or got credit for.
