Belle Vernon Door

They did a poor job. First of all, it took them 4 months for them to show up with the door and they had to come back twice to put the door in and then twice more to seal it properly. They had drilled the holes for the door incorrectly as well. I would never use again.

Job started on a bad note. Installers were an hour late getting started. Installed the wrong style of door. And didn't install the door as was installed at the office (example door), several bolts were missing on the support brackets and one on the door rail. When I pointed it out Ms. Hance was very concerned and sent an installer out a few days later. He put the bolt in the rail and stated that they would finish the job when the door was replaced. They replaced the bolts during the replacement. Let me point out that there were 6 boltholes in the support flanges of which they only put 2 bolts in the flanges. The door at the office had, I believe, 5 bolts holding the flanges in place. After about 1 month my job was complete. Additionally, they leaked oil on my drive-way and left grease finger prints on my white door that I had to clean off. Also left spare bolts and rollers on the floor for me to clean-up. At the end of the day they did what they said they would do. It just took longer.

They are only 1/6 of a mile from my home. All they did was spray lubricant on the door, and then talked to my husband for half an hour. I thought that was exorbitant.

THE GARAGES ARE RENTED OUT EACH MONTH. THE KEYS WERE LOST TO ONE OF THE DOORS, AND BELLE VERNON WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT GETTING US ANOTHER KEY.

COMPANY WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH. OLD GARAGE DOOR WAS RUINED WHEN CAR RAN INTO IT. WE NEEDED REPLACED QUICKLY AND THEY DELIVERED ON TIME AND DOORS WERE INSTALLED. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN LEFT AND FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY.
