Everyone at Home genius was super friendly from the installers to the sales person and the project manager .

They were quick and thorough.

Sam was amazing to work with very professional explained everything in great details, showed up on time and went throughout the whole house very thoroughly

The product is a bit pricey but the concept of the product does seem to be the best on the market and appears to work well. The Project Mgr stays on the site and takes pictures when it is completed so you can view the upper gutters. My only drawback was the "cleanout gutters" part of the contract. They pulled the junk out of the gutters but did not do anything with the downspouts or check to see if they were blocked. I had to get them to go back up with the hose to flush out blockage like any other gutter cleaning co. would do! After they left I had to clean out gutter debris from my landscape and around on my patio.

Sawyer, the project manager was great. Heâ s a cutie, and very kind and lovable. His communication was excellent and kept me informed the whole project! I highly recommend Home Genius as a whole to anyone who needs work done.

No supervisor on the job. Clean up was horrible. Still picking up pieces of roof. Took days with shop vacuum to clean up nails. Took 17 days non weather related. Many issues throughout project.

This team was unbelievable from start to finish! Chris G. was my roof Expert and he explained everything thoroughly so I could understand. I was fully aware of all my options. I felt comfortable when making my decision to move forward with HGE. I bought the roof on Monday and 4 days later it was installed on Thursday. The installation took 1 day and by 5 pm no one could tell I had a crew working on my house that same day !! I would definitely recommend HGE to anyone looking for a hassle free remodeling project.

While it is not easy to handle four or five gutter calls at the same time, it was easy to select Home Genius for this job. They came promptly, were extraordinarily nice and professional, measured, addressed the problem areas with realistic solutions, and literally climbed into the attic to check the fitness of areas that needed to be structurally sound. A different team installed the gutters yesterday, and a manager was on-hand the entire time (that in our case, was all day). I'm glad I selected Home Genius for our gutters.

They did a beautiful job. What was supposed to be a two day project was completed in 1 day Home Genius brought in a second crew due to impending weather to finish before upcoming storm.

From beginning to end the whole process was a joy! Emily, our Production Manager, was very professional, nice and above all very accommodating to whatever my needs were. All of the supplies needed for my project were delivered when they were supposed to be. The work was done in a timely fashion, clean up was completed leaving no signs of the work that was doe and the price was outstanding! To top it all off my house looks beautiful! What more can you ask for!

This was one of the most aggravating experiences we have ever had as homeowners. The salesperson was very professional and we were certain we chose the right company. We never got the promised call before the job by a supervisor as promised. I had to call on installation day to make sure they were still coming. The crew came late and had no idea what they were going to do at our home. No supervisor arrived with them as promised. They rescheduled. Two days later they came back. They did not have all of the extenders to keep water flow away from the house. This was one of our major issues. The installer said he would go to Home Depot to get extenders if I had to have them. What??? They ended up using one of our old extenders in one place. I had to ask the supervisor to tell the workers not to step blindly through gardens because in the first 5 minutes it was pretty clear they did not care where they stepped. Upon inspection after completion, we realized that the gutter guards were not the kind we chose. The supervisor said that the kind we chose could not be used in our house. That is not what the salesman told us and the supervisor was not going to tell us that. When he realized just how unhappy we were about the switcheroo, he called someone and eventually was given the ok to knock 500$ off the total. Turns out what was installed was less expensive than what we ordered. So, ok, they knocked off some money but not because of their own sense of integrity. The supervisor knew it was different and never said anything about it. He was going to let that go and basically rip us off. We sat through a few hours of sales talk from 3 different companies and spent some time considering products and what was best for the gutter problems we were dealing with. We believed we made a good decision. I am hopeful that everything was installed correctly. We have not had enough rain to judge that. All I know is, we would never recommend this company to anyone considering the aggravation throughout the day and almost being taken advantage of. Also, they subcontract. Something we asked about and were told that it was their crews and not being subcontracted. A really shifty business with no real ethics. We paid a lot for these gutters. I did not expect to have to be on top of them to do the job the way we expected and paid for.

I submitted a 5 star review because the whole experience went very smoothly.  Everything was done quickly and done well. Price was fair and competitive. The workers were professional and respectful of my property and my animals. I will hire Home Genius again for my next home improvement project. Thanks to Emily, Hunter and Jackson for their help. I would recommend Home Genius to anyone who needs a roof. Clean up was very impressive, as well.

Was so impressed with roofers, project managers and office staff at Home Genius. All strived to deliver 5* service and did not disappoint. Any communications were answered quickly and professionally.
