Not as professional as I thought they would be with regards to the work they did and the level of customer service once I mentioned how dissatisfied I was. They cut my lawn too short, burning it and ripping the roots in many areas with their heavy large equipment. It's just say, I had more work to do after they cut my lawn with raking and watering it to keep it from dying. I won't be doing business with them ever again

"This customer was impossible. He told us he needed it cut by the weekend. We did him a favor by showing up that week. We cut the lawn as high as any mower would cut.The lawn was 10 in high when we got there to cut. We were told it had been cut only 6 days earlier."
