It was a positive experience - very friendly and professional.

Daly Termite & Pest Management was as good as I could get. Mr. Daly was terrific when it came to professionalism, punctuality and quality.

It was a one-time operation. They came a little early than they said they would. They described the problem. They did everything they said they would do. They laid out the traps and kept the poison. They asked us to report to them if we saw any dead rodents. We saw some within a few days. The problem was taken care of. I am not sure if the price was reasonable. The service was good and effective.

My kitchen window sill started disgorging winged insects one Saturday. Ack! termites! Found Daly Pest Control through Angie's List and left a message. My call was returned first thing Monday. We scheduled an appointment and Jim came out to do an inspection. He arrived on time. I had eliminated all of the bugs, but Jim found some evidence of termites. We got an estimate for a termite treatment around the perimeter of the house. I called his office and scheduled an appointment for a convenient Saturday morning. Several days after the estimate, but before the scheduled termite termination, the window sill was once again covered with termites. This time I put several in a baggie as forensic evidence and called Daly Pest control to let them know I had some live examples. Guess what? Jim came by to take a look to make sure the infestation was really termites and not some other nasty bug. Definitely termites. On the appointed day of the termite treatment, Daly Pest Control came on time, cleaned up, and finished before the estimated time. Their work is guaranteed.

It went very well. I would call him again to do any sort of pest management at my house.

Everything went exactly as expected. Service was prompt and professional. No ants back yet!

Jim fixed our ant problem. He guarantees his work for 30 days and we took him up on it when we still saw some ants after the initial treatment. Jim happily returned and we haven't seen an ant since. Plus he gave us an Angies List discount without being asked.

We found termites that invaded our dining room. I called him and he answered the phone at 9pm on a sunday night! He came to inspect the damage and give an estimate within 24 hours. The estimate was reasonable and he could perform the work within approximately 12 days. They came on time, were neat, polite, professional. Definitely a keeper!

From start to finish this was a very professional experience. Appointment was easy and convenient to schedule, Mr. Daly was on time and very professional. He took the time to learn of our pest control needs. He provided education regarding pest control management and options by season. He provided indoor and outdoor treatment the same day. Finally, he was careful to use products that would be safe for our dog.

I found Daly Termite & Pest Management on Angie's List, saw the good reviews and gave them a call. They were very pleasant on the phone and were able to set up an appointment fairly quickly. Jim Daly treated our downstairs rooms and the upstairs bathroom for house ants. During our walk-thru of the property, Jim looked beyond the ant issue and gave us good advice about how to keep an eye out for termites and other pests (we are new to home ownership). A few weeks later, we noticed some ants in our upstairs rooms, so Jim came back promptly and treated those rooms, and some outside areas at no additional charge. We would highly recommend this service provider.

We had been having a bit of a mouse problem. We called Daly Pest Control based on their review on Angie's List. They did a through inspection of the house and found an opening in the basement we didn't know existed. They put down several traps and filled holes with putty and screen. My only mild complaint was that their first availability wasn't until a week after I called, but that may simply be a testament to their popularity. As a side note, we have a very friendly dog and Jim was incredibly patient with him. I would definitely use Daly Pest Control again.

The person sent was prompt, great with the dogs, and very professional. I told him that I noticed the change in the plank after we had had painting done. After exploring the plank I was told that the damage was old, and that the wood had just given way a bit after being pressed on by equipment (most likely) like ladders. We talked about what termites look like and whether I had seen any evidence (no), and then the chap told me how to repair the floor. He also checked beams in the basement...and would not let me pay him, despite my claim that I paying for knowledge. His response was - hire me the next time you need help. We will.

Excellent! Very professional! Very pleasant! I found termite damage while renovating and was concerned. Also found dead insects on porch. Called Daly. Came out quickly and not only inspected the damage, but EDUCATED me on what happened and how it was treated. Explained about the type of insects I had and how they behave. Next time I have a pest problem I know EXACTLY where to go, Daly, without question!

Jim was very punctual and performed the services needed. I put a N/A for quality only because it's yet to be determined if the service worked. Hopefully, the service will work and the apartment building will be rid of mice and other vermin. So far so good. The company was very responsive and the price was very reasonable.

They were very responsive to our need and they did an excellent job. He was excellent and left us with some products to control the mice. He addressed the issue and now we are mice free. I would recommend him to others.

Everything I read about him is true from what everyone else has said. He is price-competitive and a lot better than the national brand companies.

I called Jim on a Friday and he made an appointment to come to my home on the following day, Saturday. He inspected the attic, where I suspected we had unwelcome visitors and after confirming my suspicions, set traps. He used everything in his arsenal, spring traps, glue traps and poisoned bait. One week later he showed up at the appointed hour and removed the rodent cadavers. Jim is prompt, efficient, competent and friendly. I would recommend him highly.

I scheduled the first visit through his wife, who was thoroughly professional and nice to deal with. He was on time and sensitive to the needs of his customers. He did a thorough inspection and determined that the moths were primarily located in three parts of the house. He removed two chairs so that he could spray the seats out of the house and helped me move some rugs that were in the same condition. He placed moth traps and indicated we would probably need spraying but to try the traps for a week to see what happens. About five days later his wife called to schedule the next visit, precisely a week later and according to my time requirements, not necessarily his. He was again right on time and returned the chairs. The moths had decreased significantly and he put more traps in to be sure. I opted to postpone any spraying to see if it will be necessary after the traps do their work. Mr. Daly performed his services just as I would have hoped and didn't try to give me more than I needed, but was careful to be sure I got enough intervention. Very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

We chose this company because of all the positive comments on Angie's List. He is located nearby. He gave us a lot of information about this situation. He is flexible in his schedule.

He was professional and assured me that my pets would not be affected by the procedure.

I called on a Friday afternoon about issues with roaches and ants and had a call back on Monday. We set up a time for Friday when I would be home and Jim called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He looked around, told me what he thought the issues were, treated the area, and was very professional. He reassured me that he thought we did not have an infestation (it's a new house for us). He even found and pulled out very old dead mice on a glue trap underneath our fridge. I was very impressed that he did not try to sell me anything he didn't think we needed. I asked about whether we would need regular treatment and he said he didn't think so, but that we could always call back later as we learned the house better. I was very impressed by his services and would definitely use this company again.

They did a great job. I had no complaints. They offered a very reasonable price. They took into consideration that we had a dog, so they were careful where they placed the poison and traps.
