Went very well. Excellent work and permanent solution to prevent birds from rebuilding nest.

The price is a bit high but they provide excellent quality service.

It turned out that it was not any pest but some noise produced by some wire running around the house. The guy who came out was so sweet trying to find out what this noise was. We really saw there was something in the wall. But he did not charge the second time when he came all the way down here, which is not a short drive. He was trying to see what it was all about. He put a hole in the wall with some poison thinking there was something in there. He came out later with a camera which he charged us for that. But I know there was one visit to check on things which I thought was really nice. Recently I found out what the noise was about. They were very nice. Their price was very reasonable.

Once again, Daly did a great job. We recently purchased a home & noticed some ants on the property. Daly came out & explained my options & performed the work as expected. This is my 3rd time using them & they are always friendly & knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Very responsive returning calls. Left a courtesy reminder message a few days before my appointment. Jim Daly showed up promptly. He was friendly and professional. He performed the termite inspection and he educated me on possible warning signs. Since there was no evidence of termites, he did not charge me for the visit. He did not try to push other services on me. Definitely, I will use his services again.

I found them on Angie's List and they are highly rated. The guy was terrific. He was extremely responsive. There were some ants issue around the neighborhood, and they were gone during the rain. There were a few ants that came back later in the summer and he came back out, but didn't charge me anything. Everything about him was great. I have a friend who was concerned about what he was using, and what chemicals he was using. I called him and asked him that my friend and I were concerned about it and then send me a report of what he would use. He was extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond.

so far, daly has been the most responsive yet. they really are great. and actually TRY to solve your issue. unlike other pest control companies i've used in the past. jim daly really went above and beyond trying to help. even to the point of putting a camera in the attic. i have nothing bad to say about the company even with our problem not being solved yet. in a 100 year old home there seem to be endless entry points and i don't just want to keep exterminating. we want to keep them out.

We have been having a bit of an issue with roaches, which is both terrifying and gross. After reading all of the great reviews here on Angie's list, I called up Daly Termite and Pest and they set up an appt to come out that week. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The technician, Dennis, was a little bit late -- but apologetic and more than made up for it with his thoroughness and patience. We haven't seen a bug since they came out and are estatic about it.

They happened to be close by. They gave me a warranty for 30 days, and were completely effective. The gentleman that came out is very nice, and easy to work with.

I actually found them off Angie's List and it was good. Jim is a good guy and it is a good business.

He has come out several times to check the traps that he set for me at no extra charge. I have been very satisfied with everything so far.

They were excellent. They guarantee their work. A couple of mice still existed after their visit and they did come back and take care of it. It was difficult to get immediate service the first time I called. It was a Thursday and they couldn't come out until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. It wasn't an emergency, so it was fine. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. It was in an apartment and I wasn't there when they did the work.

He is wonderful and a nice guy. He checks everything out for me including the basement. I always ask specifically for Mr. Daly. The actual extermination is always effective. I have an elderly pet and he is always very careful to make sure what he sprays does not hurt her.

I was very happy with the service. Didn't try to oversell. Was honest about what services I needed.

We usually have them come out once a year. However, we have had some problems that required visits from them and so they were here three times this week. It has been a positive experience working with them. It has been great. They arrive on time. They look professional. They are personable. Their price is probably standard; however, I have no other experience.

Jim Daly arrived on time and was extremely friendly. I explained the situation to him (wood shavings found under two rear first floor windows as well as a corresponding place underneath in basement. He inspected the areas, confirmed hi theory of carpenter ants, advised me of his plan to return at a later date and drill small holes underneath the window frame and apply a chemical. He answered my questions about the chemical and told me it was fully covered of ant returned at a later date. Upon his arrival at later date, he applied this chemical into the walls and in basement and ants went away. I had no issues with Mr Daly and would highly recommend him again.

Daly Termite and Pest Control treated our rowhome for Termites. Mr Daly was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained that termites in Pennsylvania are subterranean and live in the ground outside of the house. He therefore recommended treating the outside with the active ingredient in Frontline, which he applied via a trench on the side of the house, and in drilled holes in the driveway and front steps. My wife also wanted the interior areas sprayed where we had evidence of termite damage. Mr Daly did not think that this was necessary, but did the interior spraying anyway, at no additional charge! He provided a 10 year warranty for his work. The only downside was the wait time to get an appointment for treatment, but this is because he is in demand due to the quality of his work.

Great, he came, explained what he was going to do, and did it.

It went perfectly. Jim did a great job.
