We've had a lot of problems with them. We're in the process right now - we're going to file some charges against them to either get them to pay for their mistakes, come out and fix the work, or pay for someone else to fix what they've done. My husband has been dealing with them for over a year and a half, trying to get them to come back out. Well actually, about a month ago they were in the area and they actually called and came over and then they said they were sending the guys over to do some repairs, and then we waited all day and nobody ever came. Rick ran into them in Altoona one day, that was last Fall and talked to them, and so we're still messing around. So we got another company to give us a bid on all the repairs that need done, and they definitely said that there was a lot that they did wrong. We spent like $7,300 on the job. And this guy that we're getting a bid from, he hasn't given us the official bid yet, but he said it's probably in the area of $6,000 to do it properly. We're really disappointed with them. Actually it was two years ago this Summer, but he's been trying to get them back out here for a year and a half. They totally ignore Rick's phone calls. And then last time they actually called back and then they came out and then they didn't come back. He said he's probably called them fifty times, left messages, and just nothing. We're very disappointed. That's the reason I got on Angie's List was because we really don't get a lot of services here. I couldn't really see anything on them. Rick's disgusted with them; he's very, very upset with them. He's hiring a lawyer; he doesn't want to speak with them at all. The price actually was good, probably the best one we had gotten. It wasn't like tons less, but it was a good price. He checked with like the biggest names around. Rick is very particular, and he expects the job to be done the way he wants it done and what he's paying them for. We took pictures of things that we found wrong. We should have spent another thousand dollars and got someone else. Responsiveness, that's another F. Even from the beginning we had to really mess around with them until we got them to come out here and stuff. We would never use them again. We're hoping that they're actually gonna have to pay to have someone else do it; we don't even want them to finish the work or to do the work.
