I have had considerable difficultly in scheduling and receiving service from Viking. The following is my opinion and happy to share in the hopes it helps others avoid the troubles I encountered. To date, Viking has not addressed or provided explanation for any of the issues raised below. This is almost 4 weeks without a response. The last quarterly service I received from Viking was January 2021. Thereafter I have had several issues with Viking Service: • My April treatment was skipped without a phone call or explanation • I personally called Viking to schedule service for Wednesday 19 May from 12-4PM. No one from Viking came to treat my home on the 19th and I was never called with an explanation or to reschedule. • I called Viking on Wednesday May 19th, Thursday the 20th, and Friday the 21st requesting to speak with someone to explain why no one came to my home and why I was not called. • I have received no communication from Viking to date. The complete lack of FOLLOWUP on any of the issues brought to Viking Customer Service's attention by email and many phone calls is shocking and unprofessional. I unfortunately cannot recommend Viking as an organization and was forced to retain a competitor for services.
