Despite the very bad icy conditions, the landscaper came within an hour and worked on clearing the ice from our driveway. We have 21 month old twins, and the ice was so bad in our driveway that my van slid down the driveway when parked and almost went into the drainage ditch along the main road. If it wasn't for this contractor, it would have been extremely dangerous for us to take the twins in and out of our house.
