I am really disappointed in O. C. Class Lumber. On two occasions, I have had sales person Bill R. order me special order pieces of lumber. I am expected to pre-pay for my orders in full, which is fine, however, when the wood arrives damaged, I expect to be helped.
Twice now, I have ordered special order lumber and had the orders damaged. Aside from the cold and derogatory attitude from Bill R, I was told twice that I had to 'keep' both pieces of wood because 'I had already paid for them, and that's what I was going to take with me'. I made both lumber orders work, however, not without a lot of improvising in my part.
A call to the corporate office yielded me less than stellar results. Where I was originally promised a brand new piece of lumber to replace a defective one, I was later called back and told that wasn't possible. A small, partial credit was provided, and that was it.
I will not be returning.
