Great job!

There was a bit of a communication problem from them. My appointment was set, but no one showed up and no one called to say they would be late. After waiting an hour past the appointment time, I finally called and explained the problem after which the guy told me he would call me back. He did not call back for another hour and I finally had to call him again. Finally, he said my appointment would have to be rescheduled for the next day. If he had known he was down a couple of people, he should have looked at all his customers for the day and started calling them immediately instead of keeping people waiting and wondering what was going on. My time is important, too.

Reliable, easy to work with

Showed up 45 min late, did the job, but did not clean up to our satisfaction. It was convienient but not cheap

They were prompt, polite, did a thorough job, roof and gutters look much better. They weren't able to remove all the debris from the cleanup because there were so many tree needles and debris, but I understand that and it's ok. In future, though, it would be nice if they could remove all the debris and take with them. Would definitely recommend them.

The technicians were unaware they were to clean the roof as well as the gutters, but were quick to react upon my showing them the proposal and did a very good job. Roof and gutters look good and they cleaned up thoroughly.

They were about two hours late but they did a great job the only thing they did was leave quit a bit moss laying around the grounds. but other hen that they did a superb job.

I had both gutters cleaned and windows done. The workman was steady and pleasant. One small negative was he arrived 50 minutes late, causing me concern since I had done all arrangements online as I am a hearing impaired person. Reliable company.

Nice work. Cleaned up roof of pine needles and cleaned gutters. Cleaned up after themselves afterwards very well.

In 2012 we had Action Window clean our windows and were extremely pleased. They billed us reasonably for 16 windows. This year we got a bid for the job, but it was inaccurate. This year we were charged us for 23 windows, not telling us that large windows or more than one slider were charged double until the job was done. In addition, the windows are a mess with lots of streaking. No cleaning of screens; no cleaning of tracks as advertised. And when calling with a concern, we were met with defensive attitude. Two young men cleaned and it was obvious it was a "lick and promise" job so they could move on. What a difference a year makes!

The window cleaner that Action Window and Gutter cleaning did a fabulous job. He was very careful with my furniture and floors inside and did a very fast and complete job. He was very pleasant and professional. the windows look wonderful.

They were prompt and offered to do only what was necessary to resolve our concern. There was no pressure or additional push to increase the cost of our job. They are not concerned with taking up any of the customer's time nor their time by doing unnecessary work. They provided the solution we were aiming for,..and they did it professionally to our satisfaction.

The office staff was wonderful and attentive to my needs, the crew was professional, and cleaned up the area nicely when finished
