They were the first to call. I liked the office person's questions and information about my job. I basically hired the 1st person. Value for money question--well, I didn't get other bids.

They do not perform a the services they promised in their accepted bid. This included poor cleanup.

They did not power wash my gutters because they said the dirt was embedded. The crew said they were saving me money. I think it was late on a hot day, this was their last job and wanted to call it quits.

Responded quickly to my request for a quote and started work right away. Price was right and work completed on time. I will call on them again when needed.

They did a real good job and cleaned up after themselves. They had me move my car so they wouldn't get it dirty. I thought they were very conscientious.

Guy was quick to reply to my inquiry, he was personable and enthusiastic about the opportunity to do the work. I spoke with other companies and they did not seem as enthused and their response was days later which I can't stand. He fit me in despite having a very tight schedule. The work had to be done within more days than I'd hope but I understood because he had to fit me in therefore over a span of 4 days including a weekend, the work was finally done. Because the work was spread out and Guy was not there except for the last day I did have to make sure everything was completed as they had different people coming in to do certain parts of the work and none of them really knew what was for sure done or not. Once Guy showed up, all the gutter were done, the lower portion of the roof cleaning and treatment was done, and all the outside windows were cleaned. My only complaint was that I wished that the communication was better. If I was not home to oversee the work, is not sure if it would have been completed. Guy was good to allow me to share my concerns and he made sure I was satisfied. The work itself was great however they could be better with the communication. Overall, I'm happy with the service and I plan to use them again. Well, a year later, I decided to use this company again. It was NOT the best decision. I don't understand why the service got so bad but the quality of work was just not good. I had the same services done as last year. The cost was about the same. I ended up not having a few of the service done because the quality of the initial work lacked care. They did the moss removal on the roof. The excess was splashed all over my windows and plants and deck. It was a mess. I think they did my dryer vent. Not sure but I think they did. They powerwashed my driveway but did it while my garage door was open and all the debri and mud and moss was splattered all over my car, the entry of my garage door, my gym equipment. It was ridiculous. I seriously could not believe that the men doing the powerwashing didnt care that they dirtied my interior garage. They needed access to the garage to get to the water for their hose but at least they could have told me to close my garage door as much as I could to prevent the mess. They cleaned the windows outside. It was ok. The entire experience was awful. I will never use them again. They just have too many different contractors doing the different jobs with no real over-site.

The office staff is friendly and responsive and follow through. The workers arrived on time and got the job done. I've hired them a second time.

They got back to us immed. , sent someone out to give us a quote and id the work as quickly as weather allowed, since we had a tim constraint. All 3 men were friendly, hardworking and offered great advice. We would hire them again, as well as recommend to others.

The customer service was great - they emailed me right after I asked. And when a section of our gutters were too hard to get to, they sent their senior technician to reach it.

Did a great job. Unclogged and cleared the gutters. Worked quickly and cleanly. Also really personable and friendly which makes a change from the usual grumpy folks who've shown up in the past to do maintenance. Super slick customer service, quote and scheduling too. More than happy to recommend and to use again for future projects.
