Action Window and Gutter Cleaning, LLC

Action Window and Gutter Cleaning charged us an additional $100.00 over the initial quote. They googled our house, asked about square footage and how much gutter we had, but still overcharged us! Our house is only 6 years old with no large trees above, so the cleaning was minimal. They did do a decent job, just be sure you get the quote in 'writing' prior to service.

They were great. On time, did a fantastic job, exactly as quoted. Very fast and friendly. I will use again (if they're willing to come back!). :)

They were efficient and cost effective. They responded to our inquiry immediately and were prompt at attending the job. They did a very thorough job and left no mess behind, removing all debris.

Although I did indicate I would recommend Action Window and Gutter, I do so with a couple of reservations. First, the scheduled date to clean my gutters and windows was missed. I had to call in order to find out what happened. I then received a call from the crew doing the work but no call back from the owners, as promiised. The final costs were different than the original estimate. The estimate stated a cost per linear foot for cleaning yet the final cost was much higher. The crew indicated there was a minimum cost of $150, regardless of the linear feet of actual gutters not coming close to the 150 linear feet.

Very nice, no problems. Polite and professional. Great price. Will definately consider using them again.

Very nice sales person (Guy) with quick quote over the phone by looking up my house on internet. Came in $50 less than the couple hundred bucks I was planning on. Wasn't even home for service. Next day service. Wife and I were stunned and will tell all of our neighbors in our 24 home new development! Promise.

I liked the way they took care of my gutters and were very quick to respond and complete the work, as I am completely satisfied.

They were very professional, courteous and thorough!....I am very pleased with the quality of window cleaning by Remeco and David. They paid extremely close attention to detail trying to make sure there were no smudges or marks left on the windows. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of clean windows!
