Excellent moving and storage company! Everything went off without a hitch! Honest, professional and personable throughout the entire process! We stored our possessions in there wear house for a month. Everything came back just the way we left it! Best moving company I’ve ever used and I’ve used quite a few. San Francisco, CA 01 12/10/2021 First of all, the review says San Francisco. This was in PORTLAND! This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a vendor. From the initial quote to the final bill, nothing was completed as agreed. The estimator did a walkthrough prior to move and gave a quote. The bill in the end was twice the quote. They said they charge whatever the final costs add up to and not the estimate. What is the reason for the estimate? First thing they did was back truck into a tree and broke off several branches, 2 scratch marks on an old piece of furniture and workers tracked mud and debris on stairs and carpets. They claim they cannot take their shoes off for safety reasons?? Borrowed tools to take furniture apart. 6 out of 9 workers were new or not trained. No direction or supervision. Parked truck in street instead of driveway so took longer to load. They charged for 2 workers sitting in their car waiting for other workers to arrive. I gave them some pizza and they left scraps and garbage in front of house and in street. Took 3 months to resolve the claim for the scratches and get them fixed. After they sent a check for $350.00 out of $6500. The read my review and told me since I wrote a bad review, I could not cash the check. Blackmail!! Will never use again.

The crew from PDX Movers (Jose G, Payton, Andrew S, Abe G) did an excellent and professional job for us in a major move that included all household contents, storage units stops at both origin and destination, and delivery of an upright piano to our daughter's house at the end of a second long day. The team included 6 movers at origin and 4 movers at destination, coordinated by capable and hard-working crew leader Jose, utilizing two 26 foot trucks. The crew was responsive to all of our requests for assistance, including completion of packing of many works of art (taking extra time, for which we had not specifically signed up). They had a non-judgmental attitude towards our choices and changes in placement of furniture and boxes, seeming to believe that "the customer is always right". I also liked PDX Movers approach to the financial arrangements. Even though we had to prepay a $500 deposit for an interstate move, that secured a reliable move date, and we were able to get a binding estimate with an online (FaceTime) survey, so that the cost of the move was known beforehand and "locked in". Overall, PDX Movers was able to give us a generally positive moving experience, which is hard to achieve in an otherwise highly stressful undertaking.

Billy, Megan, Lauren, Walker, Ethan, and Bryan made the process of packing up my house for an international move stress-free. They handled all of my items with care and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I appreciate their thoroughness and flexibility during the process. I highly recommend this team!

From the scheduling with Sammie to the great guys who moved everything, it was a wonderful experience. Jose O., Jose E., Rowon, and Jonny were spectacular. Communication was excellent throughout. The guys worked quickly and well, making the process easy and smooth. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had an awesome crew! Zack, Tanner and Jeff were fast, friendly and extremely efficient. I lived in a floating home so the guys had to haul everything down the long walkway and then up the steep ramp to get to the truck and they did an incredible job never once complaining. Can't recommend enough, they were great!

PDX Movers showed up on time, were incredibly careful with how they handled our property and were quick and efficient. The move took less time than anticipated and there were no surprises. We'd definitely use this team again!

PDX Movers was amazing to work with! This was the third moving company we have used and by far the best! Cody had excellent communication leading up to the move. The day of the move they called 30 minutes before arrival and within their time frame. The crew was Billy, Isaih, Joey, Frank, Josh E, and Jeff S. PDX showed up on time with two trucks and a crew of four. Jake, Zack, Jarin and Dakota worked together as a team to complete the loading in a timely and efficient manner. We especially appreciate the care given to packing some of our household items and their willingness to address specific requests.

The team was wonderful. The care and protection of our belongings was obviously important to them. They were a little more expensive than other movers we've had but it was worth it. Truly excellent! Our cost included 1 month of storage.

Alex and his crew did a wonderful job. Very professional and the wrapping and protecting of our furniture was amazing. They completed the job in less time than their estimate without cutting any corners. I recommend PDX movers to anyone looking to move locally or out of state.

Sergio, Christian and Tanner U were awesome. I have zero complaints with how the move went. In any move, it seems like something gets broken. Somehow these guys pulled off a 2k mile plus move without an issue.

Amazing!! I really was so impressed from the moment I met them until the very end of a long moving day which included an 2 hour drive. They were professional, polite, and really well trained. They were helping each other and worked so well as a team. My first time having movers and I am so grateful they had the stamina and muscle and Tetris brains to fit it all in with out even a scratch. Its red carpet service truly they do roll out a red carpet to floors and added padded to doors and corners. I had difficult things to move including a basketball hoop and exercise equipment and a play structure. Nic was my lead and his crew of Jose E, Micah, Ethan S., and Kiara. The boss man came by to check in say hi and lend a hand they all were so friendly and kind to each other seemed like a good company to work for too!

Billy and his crew were AMAZING! They took every precaution to protect our home and our belongings during the move. They were always readily available to answer questions when we had any.
