Great! Leaned a lot about my carpet!

Amazing.....Fabulous....So kind and helpful! Dave is the consumate professional. He arrived on time, ready to work with booties on to protect my floors. Besides doing an amazing cleaning job, he have us professional tips to keep our dryer vents unclogged and our carpets looking good between cleanings. This was a professional and happy experience for us. We highly reccomend Dave and New Vision Floor Solutions!

Very well, he uses a neat $5,000 tool that spins the steam and cleans very well. Never saw a steam cleaner use this before. They likely don't want to pay for that expensive tool. Unfortunately the prior owners wore shoes on the carpeting and this ground in the dirt. David got it all out but a couple spots still didn't look as new as I had hoped after it dried, and he was nice enough to come back and redo the couple spots to make me happy. Unfortunately my carpeting is 10 years old so in the wear areas it will not look brand new again thanks to previous owners wearing dirty shoes there. But it is pretty darn nice thanks to David and his excellent cleaning.

Arrangements were made and the contractor arrived as scheduled. He cleaned downstairs living and dining rooms and re-transacted to have the upstairs done as well. I have no way of determining how clean the carpets were after the fact. He performed the services very quickly, as if only one pass was what was needed. I would have needed independent confirmation to determine the thoroughness of this service.

I really liked this guy. I had him come in and clean the wall to wall carpet on my 2nd floor. We had lived in the house about 10 years without having it done ever. He was straight up about what was going to be performed, he was straight about extras like the stairway and hallways. After looking at my carpet, he explained what he could achieve and couldn't achieve with the condition of my carpet. I just wanted it cleaned, I wasn't expecting miracles, and it was a great expience.

Everything went great. He called once to make the appointment, one phone call to say he's on his way. Was very considerate of the neighbors and took care parking his van. We added some more area at the time of service and then it was all done he wrote us an invoice and he cleaned up and left. He gave some advice on carpet care and recommended some natural eco-friendly chemicals we could get right at Fred Meyer. A very good experience.

It was fine. The couch looks better, but it was a really quick job.

Moving into a new house and there were several bad carpet stains from the previous owners. New Vision was able to significantly improve those spots that looked pretty set in from food, ink and pets! He was fast and very thorough!

He was quick, and had good suggestions for spot cleaning in between full cleanings.

It went well. He was prompt, thorough, and professional. He did not respond to a follow up email I sent, but he showed up on time.

David was very responsive and was able to set an appointment time that met my time schedule. He was here on time. He is very personable and professional and explained clearly what he was going to do. He also informed me of cleaning products that were best for my floor in the kitchen, as well as products for my wood floors. It took him about 3 hours to complete the job. My kitchen floor is about 240 sq ft. When he got done the floor looked as if it was brand new. He did an incredible job. I would definitely use his service again and would highly recommend him.

Excellent! Tom went the extra mile to make everything right. We completely replaced the flex duct to the dryer and have a much better situation now. Our older carpets look pretty good now.

Went well but it cost more because of added services

It went very well. I had a persistent pet stain, and was told it may need to be touched up, which it did. That handled the problem. The owner was very helpful, capable, reasonably priced and a very nice person. I will definitely use this company again. I had carpets cleaned and will do that again as well as hard wood floor maintenance.

They did a good job. Will hire again.

Fine,he protected all furniture and was able to remove some difficult spots. Looked great when done.
