North Coast Lawn Care

I know that some of there teams do amazing work, but only at some of there property's. I have had to deal with them and Terry the owner (not a pleasant man) with managing a company they serviced. Tiffany was the crew boss, she was always rude and did a **** job, she would be asked not to spray the flowers as our elderly loved to plant and maintain. She refused to listen and was even rude to them. Now I live at a not so well taken care of complex, (at the fault of the complex owners) however some of the residents have been trying to plant and maintain flower beds and certin areas that we got permission to do, putting no spray signs in only the places we are working on. No to no surprise, Tiffany and her crew work our property. She sprays only some places and not otheres. She rips the no spray signs out with out knowing who put them there. Went out to have a calm talk with her and she is very Confrontational, I was nice and calm and had to call the complex manager to let them know as to make sure she would not be in trouble for not spraying posted flower beds.(funny as she was not spraying the other side of complex) I also learned that she has been very rude to others in the past for the same thing (to this complex residents) someone had finally had enough knowing she had been ask politely to leave the signs and had it out with her and called the company owner (Terry) and our complex manager. (I was not there) Today she came and cut all the flowers only around my apartment. NO WHERE ELSE. This my friend is targeting. And they leave the grounds never finished. I have now taken pictures and feel very threatened where me and my child live. Why has it got this far, I see other properties they do and they are nice. Maybe its just the ones she does, I dont know. But I have had to deal with alot lately, and you want to tell me that "you people make me feel uncomfortable working here" just because we asked you to leave the no spray signs alone and then feel ok about cutting all my flowers down. That is the very reason I should feel uncomfortable that you are working in my complex Tiffany! So why only are some property's getting special cleaning and others are being **** on? I would never recommend this company, we dont use any of the services or go to any of there establishments anymore, sadly when my family or friends come out to visit this area, we make sure they dont either!

FAST 2 men work on yard.

I inquired on-site about the possibility of getting our work done within a few days and at late notice. The boss called me back within a few hours and said he thought he could get a crew together before July 4th, and they came on July 2nd as promised. It was a big job but they got it done. There were 3 or 4 men and they worked hard and also checked with me about exactly what I wanted done. It was expensive but overall worth it.

They began okay, but we had them taking care of a second home. They did not follow up on what was asked and they charged for services not rendered.

Unfortunately we've tried to use NCL a couple of times. It all sounds good when they are out to see exactly what you'd like to have done. But when the and quot;maintenance crewand quot; arrives, they are only interested in what they can do in 15 minutes. They are and quot;assignedand quot; a number of places to complete in one day. If that 15 minutes doesn't cover what you wanted to have done, too bad. They do the bare minimum. Now, I don't have a golf course lawn. But I do care about how my yard looks. It requires simple lawn mowing and a little weed eater action. On this last attempt, the and quot;maintenance crewand quot; we had been assigned said they had done our lawn, however, they did not. I received the bill and complained to the owner. I was told they had done the maintenance even though I pointed out how it could not have occurred. The owner was very argumentative and rude. Not to say I wasn't very pleasant as I had received a bill for service I didn't receive. Needless to say, we will not ever use them again. And frankly I am surprised that there are not more reports like this as I know we are not the only ones who have had similar problems with NCL.
I do NOT like to provide negative reviews, however, I count on Angies list for honest reviews. I tried really hard to be fair in grading. It is not an easy thing to do in a small community. It's risky. But honestly, Angie's list is only as good as the reviews it posts. It was hard for me to see NCL with such a high rating when we have had more than one negative experience with them.

They are just the best. I've have been with them since they started. I go out and talk to them when they come, he has really good employees. Best choice for lawn care. They always watch out for my cats too.

They tend to whatever our lawncare needs are. We used them yesterday for lawn maintenance. They come out every week. They are very punctual and on time.
